   En otros tiempos, 1° de mayo (día del trabajador), créanme que no saldría al medio día a correr. Pero los tiempos cambian, las metas también y un dato muy importante, el asado ya no es tan accesible 😁.

      La planificación es muy importante, en todos los aspectos de la vida, aunque algunas veces, está bueno ir por la vida, sin ningún plan y que la vida te sorprenda. Pero en el caso de los entrenos, es fundamental y hoy, salimos con nula planificación y eso debemos ajustar para mejorar y ser más productivos.

Planning is very important in all aspects of life, although sometimes it is good to go through life without any plan and life surprises you. But in the case of training, it is fundamental and today, we go out with no planning and that we must adjust to improve and be more productive.

      Sumado a eso, nos olvidamos la hidratación y por más que tenemos un puesto de hidratación "secreta", no debemos confiarnos. ¡Por suerte, algo para comer llevamos!

On top of that, we forget to hydrate and even though we have a "secret" hydration station, we should not be overconfident. Luckily, we have something to eat!

      Es muy difícil, encontrar un tándem, que corra al mismo ritmo que uno y con Zuni, tenemos una pequeña diferencia. En lo particular, estoy bajando de peso, me siento más liviano y por ende tengo un ritmo mínimamente superior a ella y debo acomodarme, perjudicando, quizás, mejorar mi performance. Pero nada, que no tenga solución.

It is very difficult to find a tandem that runs at the same pace as you and with Zuni, we have a small difference. In particular, I'm losing weight, I feel lighter and therefore I have a slightly higher pace than her and I have to accommodate, damaging, perhaps, improve my performance. But nothing that has no solution.

      Como lo digo en el video, lo ideal es que yo, algunas veces, salga solo o con personas superiores a mí, de manera que pueda mejorar. De igual manera, en las pasadas acomodamos los ritmos y todo fluye.

As I say in the video, the ideal is that I, sometimes, go out alone or with people superior to me, so that I can improve. In the same way, in the passes we accommodate the rhythms and everything flows.

      Un fondo muy satisfactorio, encontramos de todo. Desde perros abandonados y frutas raras, que según Zuni, son comestibles. Al día de la fecha, no tuve daños colaterales, sobre esa ingesta. Como premio, al finalizar nuestro entreno, disfrutamos de una deliciosa banana. Seguimos sumando kilómetros y las sensaciones, son cada vez mejores.
