Hola amigos de esta bonita comunidad de Full Deportes en HIVE – 3SPEAK.

     Muchas veces mi mentalidad, un tanto mediocre, me hace sentir que no soy merecedor de ciertas situaciones bonitas de la vida. Y te preguntarás ¿Por qué?… Cuando me propuse volver a correr un duatlón, era consciente que debía entrenar muy bien, para no padecer la competencia, sino más bien, disfrutar. Pero… siempre existen los peros (excusas) amigos; debido a diferentes “problemas” que tuve en el último tramo de los entrenos, no lo hice de la mejor manera y créanme, que no iba a correr, porque mi ego, me estaba convenciendo. Y siempre aparece en nuestras bonitas interacciones, personas que, con una frase, te hacen entender muchas. Mi amiga virtual @zupasteleria, me dijo en un comentario “esto, también pasará” y fue ahí cuando me di cuenta que estaba llorando en vano.

Many times my mentality, somewhat mediocre, makes me feel that I am not worthy of certain beautiful situations in life. And you may wonder why... When I set out to run a duathlon again, I was aware that I had to train very well, so as not to suffer the competition, but rather, to enjoy it. But... there are always buts (excuses) friends; due to different "problems" that I had in the last part of the training, I didn't do it in the best way and believe me, I wasn't going to run, because my ego, was convincing me. And always appears in our beautiful interactions, people who, with one sentence, make you understand many. My virtual friend @zupasteleria, told me in a comment "this, too shall pass" and that's when I realized I was crying in vain.

     Estas frases tan bonitas los pongo para empoderarnos y salir de nuestra zona de confort. Al igual que vos, tengo miles de miedos, incertidumbre, carencias, pero siempre me empodero hablándome correctamente. Sin decirme mentiras, como por ejemplo "eres invencible", siempre hablándome crudamente y haciéndome cargo de mis falencias; de las cuales, solo yo tengo las llaves para salir de ahí. Los familiares, amigos, compañeros, te dirán muchas cosas para ayudarte, pero ten por seguro que vos, sos tu única ayuda. ¡Sos el que tenés el poder!

I use these beautiful phrases to empower us and get out of our comfort zone. Like you, I have thousands of fears, uncertainties, shortcomings, but I always empower myself by speaking correctly. Without telling myself lies, such as "you are invincible", always speaking to myself crudely and taking charge of my shortcomings; of which, only I have the keys to get out of there. Family members, friends, colleagues will tell you many things to help you, but be sure that you are the only one who can help you. You are the one who has the power!

     Salimos con parte del grupo "El ciclón", luego muchos se quedaron y con Juan, seguimos adelante. En el camino, nos encontramos con Rubén, y entre los tres, realizamos un lindo entrenamiento de 80 km. Nos tocó un día maravilloso e inclusive, con poco viento.

We left with part of the group "The cyclone", then many stayed and with Juan, we went ahead. On the way, we met Rubén, and between the three of us, we did a nice 80 km training ride. It was a wonderful day and even with little wind.

     Juan es uno de esos amigos, que cuando llega a cualquier lugar, sabes que te vas a reír a más no poder. Un tipo ultra extrovertido y en lo deportivo, es muy pulcro con su bicicleta y también nutricionalmente. Es muy lindo salir con él, porque sabes que te va a exigir.

Juan is one of those friends, that when he arrives to any place, you know you are going to laugh your head off. He's an ultra extroverted guy and in terms of sports, he's very neat with his bike and also nutritionally. It's really nice to ride with him, because you know he's going to demand a lot from you.

     Volver muy cansado, pero con la satisfacción que hiciste tu entrenamiento debidamente. Un sol maravilloso que se iba a descansar, al cual agradecí por todo lo que nos da.

Coming back very tired, but with the satisfaction that you did your training properly. A wonderful sun going to rest, which I thanked for everything it gives us.

     No son las mejores y mucho menos tope de gama, pero son las nuestras y las queremos en demasía. La mía se llama Palabritas y estoy muy agradecida con ella; me da cosas inexplicables, que solo cuando tengas una, me comprenderás.

Mañana es el gran día y estoy un poco ansioso.
