Trotar, solo trotar | 5 KM🔥 [Esp/Eng Subtitled]

El tiempo no perdona y hagas lo que hagas, el momento llega y si no hiciste lo que debía hacer, pues jódase, decía mi abuela 😁. Bien, ¿Les cuento las excusas que tengo?. Ok.. Ahí voy. El mes de agosto tenemos en la familia núcleo 3 cumpleaños, con aniversario de casamiento y en familiares cercanos 4 más. Sí, todos nacimos en agosto y para los que “debíamos” entrenar para el duatlón, la tentación lo teníamos en la heladera. Tengo más excusas, señores, me quede sin agua en la casa y bla, bla, bla😌.
Estamos como estamos, por lo que hacemos. La fecha del duatlón está a la vuelta de la esquina y por aquí “dudando” si vamos.

Ok, here I go. Here I go. The month of August >we have 3 birthdays in the core family, with a wedding anniversary and 4 more in close relatives. Yes, we were all born in August and for those of us who "should" train for the duathlon, the temptation was in the fridge. I have more excuses gentlemen, I ran out of water in the house and blah, blah, blah.
We are where we are, because of what we do. The date of the duathlon is just around the corner and around here "hesitating" if we go.

No realizar las tareas establecidas en el plan de entrenamiento se paga y uno retrocede un montón. Me sentía muy agitado y pesado. Me costó trotar, pero igualmente lo hice.

Not performing the tasks set out in the training plan pays off and you go backwards a lot. I felt very agitated and heavy. I struggled to jog, but I did it anyway.

Aunque, créanme que salir a trotar un rato o mínimamente a caminar, ayuda un montón, para nuestro ánimo y obviamente para nuestra salud. Más allá de las competencias, debemos dedicarle un rato de nuestro día, a la actividad física.

Although, believe me, going for a jog or at least a walk helps a lot, for our mood and obviously for our health. Beyond the competitions, we should dedicate some time of our day to physical activity.

Mi compañera de vida y esposa, tampoco ha realizado las cosas como debía. De igual manera, lo importante es seguir, porque esto, también pasara.
