Greetings friends of this great community, as usual I once again elaborated a new way to prepare coffee.
This time it did not cost me so much to come up with a new coffee because I rather focused on reviving the first coffee that I made and presented in this community.
It is the dalgona coffee, this coffee is very simple and apart from that it is a very versatile coffee, it can be prepared cold, hot as a frappé and even a coffee based dessert.
Now, I also wanted to revive this recipe because I wanted to implement the preparation with my new tool, which is the frothing whisk.
With it, I would froth the milk and create a new layer to the coffee
which would make it more visually appealing and for the lovers of coffee with frothy milk like my girlfriend and main taster of my coffee it fascinates them.
And for those who do not know dalgona coffee, it is an opportunity to appreciate the elaboration of this beverage.
I want to emphasize once again that it is not necessary to take courses or specializations to achieve this kind of things, you only need the desire to grow and innovate.
When I started in this I wanted to take a course, and it seemed very expensive and I did not have the resources to pay for it, and now I feel that I have learned more by studying on my own.
And remember that in the world of coffee even with 2 simple ingredients you can achieve great things, you just need to have creativity and the desire to do it.
