I consider that good day of training, because at least there was some progress in the "front lever one arm" and the rest was stable as you can see in the video, which are: "hefesto in back Lever" only 2 attempts this time and so far there have been no problems 🙏🏻; duration of "front lever" I managed to hold almost 28 seconds; I did 16 "pull-up in front lever"; I am managing to adapt a better posture in "SAT" and in the other combos. I hadn't done this "L-sit to victorian" exercise for a few days, and I still haven't lost the technique. VAMOSSS!🔥.
