Este martes (2 de marzo 2024), inicio mi semana de entrenamiento con ejercicios y combos de "Pull Up". Como lo dice en el título, para mí este día no fue bueno que digamos y no sabría decir cuál sería la razón la verdad, este tipo de momentos suelen tomarnos de improvisto a casi cualquier atleta, por lo que es normal que suceda y por ende no hay que desanimarse, en cierta manera aprovéchalo a tu favor para aprender más del ejercicio a ejecutar e incluso de ti mismo. Hay veces que necesitamos dar 1 paso atrás para dar 2 adelante 🙌🏻.

This Tuesday (March 2, 2024), I start my training week with "Pull Up" exercises and combos. As it says in the title, for me this day was not good to say and I could not say what would be the reason the truth, this kind of moments usually take us by surprise to almost any athlete, so it is normal to happen and therefore should not be discouraged, in a way use it to your advantage to learn more about the exercise to perform and even yourself. Sometimes we need to take 1 step back to take 2 steps forward 🙌🏻.
