Tercer ejercicio es muy similar al primer ejercicio que ejecute en el vídeo, únicamente que esta vez estamos totalmente desde el suelo, con los codos en el piso, haciendo rotaciones junto a una mancuerna, preferiblemente un peso ligero que sea cómodo de realizar el ejercicio, este ejercicio es excelente para el fortalecimiento de core, espalda y sobre todo para mejorar la postura.

Cuarto ejercicio haremos elevaciones unilaterales totalmente extendido, nos tocamos la rodilla con la mano contraria que usaremos para hacer una elevación y forma continua, haremos lo mismo con la otra mano, usando la pierna contraria y siempre al momento de tocar la rodilla haremos una extensión de brazo hacia adelante y de pierna hacia atrás.
