Hola mi gente en exitosa, creativa e innovadora de este maravilloso mundo azul, quien les saluda@nanyuris y hoy traigo para ustedes la Edición #10 de la columna Mis Cinco Sentidos un espacio educativo e informativo relacionado al trastorno del espectro autista y hoy comparto con ustedes los beneficios del arte para los niños con Autismo, en esta oportunidad realizamos pintura con estambre.

Hello my people in successful, creative and innovative of this wonderful blue world, who greets you @nanyuris and today I bring for you Edition #10 of the column Mis Cinco Sentidos an educational and informative space related to autism spectrum disorder and today I share with you the benefits of art for children with Autism, this time we made painting with yarn.

El arte proporciona calma, tranquilidad y bienestar, además es un medio oportuno para estimular los sentidos, por lo tanto contribuye con el equilibrio mental, físico y emocional, esta terapia artística es conocida con el nombre de arteterapia, considerada como un increíble recurso terapéutico, que se incluye en la atención educativa integral de niños con autismo, ya que a través de la misma los niños pueden expresar sus experiencia, desarrollan el potencial creativo y los ayuda a estimular las habilidades socioemocionales, durante la actividad se observo el interés, la atención y concentración.

Art provides calm, tranquility and well-being, it is also an opportune means to stimulate the senses, therefore it contributes to mental, physical and emotional balance, this art therapy is known as art therapy, considered as an incredible therapeutic resource, which is included in the comprehensive educational care of children with autism, because through it children can express their experience, develop creative potential and helps them to stimulate socioemotional skills, during the activity interest, attention and concentration were observed.

Dentro de los beneficios podemos mencionar que contribuye a estimular el contacto visual ,la seguridad , la expresión de conversaciones no verbales, el autoestima, ya que pueden expresar sus emociones y sentimientos mediante la pintura, en efecto es una excelente herramienta para estimular los procesos cognitivos y el potencial creativo.

Among the benefits we can mention that it contributes to stimulate eye contact, security, the expression of non-verbal conversations, self-esteem, as they can express their emotions and feelings through painting, in fact it is an excellent tool to stimulate cognitive processes and creative potential.

Actualmente tengo 24 años como Docente de Educación Especial, durante esta trayectoria he observado que los niños con autismo, tienen grandes habilidades artística , en cuanto al dibujo, pintura, escultura, canto, collage, manualidades, música, teatro , entre otro, por lo que esta herramienta les permite proyectar sus potencialidades, mejorando su calidad de vida.

Currently I have 24 years as a Special Education Teacher, during this trajectory I have observed that children with autism, have great artistic abilities, in terms of drawing, painting, sculpture, singing, collage, crafts, music, theater, among others, so this tool allows them to project their potential, improving their quality of life.

Actualmente en Gran Bretaña existe un extraordinario artista, cuyo nombre es "Stephen Wiltshire", que a la edad de 3 años fue diagnóstico con autismo, hoy en día asombra a todos los espectadores con su fabulosos y extraordinarios escenarios urbanos, que desde mi perspectiva lo plasma a la perfección gracias a una poderosa memoria visual.

Particularmente considero que la Arteterapia es como un medio de expresión que les permite a los niños con autismo plasmar lo que sientes, dentro sus características presentan cierta debilidad para la comunicación e interacción social, por ejemplo , en las imágenes podrán observar obras únicas que transmiten un mensaje, para esta actividad utilizamos hojas blancas, estambre, pega líquida, pinceles y pinturas al frío diferentes tonalidades.

I particularly consider that Art Therapy is like a means of expression that allows children with autism to express what they feel, within their characteristics they have a certain weakness for communication and social interaction, for example, in the images you can see unique works that convey a message, for this activity we use white sheets, yarn, liquid glue, brushes and cold paints of different shades.

A este respecto se añade que través del arte y sus diferentes técnicas, los niños con autismo pueden expresar: Cómo ellos ven el mundo!

Desde mi experiencia el arte es una forma lúdica, creativa y original para gestionar las emociones, dicho sentir se evidencia a través de los colores y las formas.

Paso pasó los niños fueron pegando el estambre en las hojas blancas , con pega líquida, luego lo dejaron secar muy bien, posteriormente le dieron color al diseño , utilizado diferente pinturas al frío.

Step by step the children glued the yarn on the white sheets with liquid glue, then they let it dry very well, then they colored the design, using different cold paints.
