Es inevitable que en cada jornada del Grupo F se hace fuerte el nombramiento de "El Grupo de la Muerte"; personalmente tuve una equívoca impresión en dónde la paridad del grupo se haría presente en la primera jornada, pero en el primer episodio del pódcast BEE FUTBOL, deje claro que esperaría a esta encrucijada entre la tercera y cuarta jornada para tener una mejor noción de lo que se va convirtiendo este grupo y con el resultado entre Newcastle y BVB, puede ser que esta segunda y definitiva vuelta se pueda dar una sorpresa.

Dejando a un lado la segunda victoria de local del PSG, la cual fue contra el AC Milan; lo interesante de este grupo estuvo enfocado en el enfrentamiento entre Newcastle y Borussia Dortmund; en la anterior jornada uno dio una grata sorpresa al golear al equipo que más favoritismo tiene a clasificar a segunda fase y el otro pareciera que transitaría entre el tercer y cuarto puesto, pero lo sucedido en esta tercera jornada ha dado un grado de interés cuando el club alemán, en un rol de visitante se impuso al equipo inglés que en esta oportunidad demostró inexperiencia y siendo local, no pudo sumar para mantener una ventaja contra sus rivales; no hay duda que este resultado ha creado presión a tres equipos con claras oportunidades de estar en octavos de final y una pequeña posibilidad a otro de seguir compitiendo en torneos europeos.
