Hive Open mic Week 166

En la actualidad vivimos en un mundo caótico, el ser humano vive para trabajar y ponerse metas que terminan por fatigar y nos lleva a un punto dónde nos sentimos perdidos, dónde pensamos que la vida empieza a carecer de sentido pues hemos olvidado la esencia de la vida "Ser feliz"

Con esto no quiero decir que no vamos a trabajar por nuestros sueños y metas... no todo lo contrario, pienso que debemos encontrar un equilibrio y escuchar a nuestro cuerpo cuando nos avisa que es tiempo de sentarse a reflexionar sobre lo que estamos haciendo. Recientemente me he sentido así, y aunque no quiera, mi cuerpo me obliga hacerlo, llega un momento en que no puedo más y colapso, lo que pasa en nuestra mente, el estrés y las ansias por conseguir lo que anhelamos termina por enfermarnos.

Today we live in a chaotic world, the human being lives to work and set goals that end up tiring and leads us to a point where we feel lost, where we think that life begins to lack meaning because we have forgotten the essence of life "Being happy".

With this I don't mean that we are not going to work for our dreams and goals... no quite the contrary, I think we should find a balance and listen to our body when it tells us that it is time to sit down and reflect on what we are doing. Recently I have felt like this, and although I don't want to, my body forces me to do it, there comes a time when I can't take it anymore and I collapse, what happens in our mind, the stress and the anxiousness to get what we long for ends up making us sick.

Justo allí cuando quiero darme por vencida y abandonar todo lo que me está causando tanto daño, me tomo un respiro, unos días para pensar sobre mis prioridades y encontrarme a mi misma, esos momentos son los que me revitalizan, dónde veo todo más claro y encuentro las respuestas de lo que no entendía antes.

Creo que todos necesitamos de esos momentos para luego seguir con una perspectiva diferente, es necesario hacer lo que yo llamo un reinicio para así seguir en el camino de la vida, con sus altos y bajos pero con unas ganas de comernos al mundo.

Para hoy elegí un tema de la cantante cristiana Lili Goodman, yo creo que ella es especialista en canciones que nos dan esa subida de energía, aún escogiendo esta, tenía en mente dos más de esa misma artista ideales para esta semana.

Just when I want to give up and abandon everything that is causing me so much harm, I take a break, a few days to think about my priorities and find myself, those moments are the ones that revitalize me, where I see everything more clearly and find the answers to what I did not understand before.

I think we all need those moments to continue with a different perspective, it is necessary to do what I call a reboot to continue on the path of life, with its ups and downs but with a desire to eat the world.

For today I chose a song of the Christian singer Lili Goodman, I think she is a specialist in songs that give us that energy boost, even choosing this one, I had in mind two more of the same artist ideal for this week.
