Que nos va ayudar mucho a trabajar nuestro abdomen muy bien. Esta rutina tambien les va a ayudar mucho a ganar m谩s definici贸n en ellos.

Como pudieron ver fueron solamente 5 ejercicios que nos va ayudar aumentar nuestra fuerza y resistencia en nuestro abdomen.
As you could see, there were only 5 exercises that will help us increase our strength and resistance in our abdomen.
Cabe destacar que cada vez que realizamos un ejercicio de cualquier tipo siempre hay que calentar muy bien para no sentir ninguna molestia ya sea en las articulaciones o muscular.
It should be noted that every time we do an exercise of any kind, we always have to warm up very well so as not to feel any discomfort either in the joints or in the muscles.
