Esta rutina me ayudó mucho a obtener el front lever al principio me costó mucho pero a medida que pasa va el tiempo fui mejorando asi que les comparto esta rutina para que obtengan su front lever.

Como pudieron ver fueron solamente 5 ejercicios que nos va ayudar a obtener nuestro front lever.
As you could see, there were only 5 exercises that will help us get our front lever.
Cabe destacar que cada vez que realizamos un ejercicio de cualquier tipo siempre hay que calentar muy bien para no sentir ninguna molestia ya sea en las articulaciones o muscular.
