Feliz día a todo aquel que se dedica a escucharme, espero que estas últimas semanas que le quedan a este año estén sacándole todo el provecho, les confieso que esta es mi época favorita del año, muchas festividades y es la excusa perfecta para reencontrarse con amistades que tenía tiempo sin ver, además que el ambiente me parece muy emotivo y me invita a relajarme de todo el estrés de la vida diaria.

En estos días recordaba una canción que me parece una obra de arte porque expresa muy bien con frases desgarradoras lo que es la ruptura de una relación y lo que realmente desearía que sucediera, pero realmente es todo lo contrario, que complicado nos volvemos y que disfraces nos ponemos de vez en cuando para mostrarnos seguros e invencibles ante el mundo. Reflexionaba en las veces en que he hecho eso, y no en la parte amorosa, sino en mis luchas diarias, cuantas veces me he visto a mi misma sonriendo a otros, pero por dentro con un dolor que me rompe el corazón, esos momentos en los que me preguntan, ¿Cómo te ha ido? Y yo les he respondido: ¡Muy bien, gracias a Dios¡, pero sólo es una respuesta que esconde una profunda tristeza o decepción porque realmente esos días han Sido caóticos.

Happy day to everyone who is dedicated to listen to me, I hope that these last weeks left of this year are taking full advantage, I confess that this is my favorite time of the year, many festivities and is the perfect excuse to reconnect with friends who had time without seeing, plus the atmosphere seems very emotional and invites me to relax from all the stress of everyday life.

These days I remembered a song that seems to me a work of art because it expresses very well with heartbreaking phrases what is the breakup of a relationship and what I really wish it would happen, but it really is the opposite, how complicated we become and what disguises we put on from time to time to show ourselves safe and invincible to the world. I was reflecting on the times I have done that, and not in the love part, but in my daily struggles, how many times I have seen myself smiling to others, but inside with a pain that breaks my heart, those moments when they ask me, How did it go? And I have answered: Very well, thank God, but it is only an answer that hides a deep sadness or disappointment because those days have been really chaotic.

Si hay alguien a quien no deberíamos mentirle es nosotros mismos, he pensando que en momentos pensamos de manera positiva y nos animamos tratando de apaciguar las angustias y dolores de la vida, pero cuando eso se vuelve costumbre y no dejamos ir esos sentimientos los vamos acumulando hasta que de gota en gota se va llenando el vaso y en algún momento se desbordan esas emociones. He aprendido poco a poco a liberarme de ese peso, contárselo a una persona sumamente confiable como mi mamá o esposo me ha traído alivio y en ocasiones llorar como método de desahogo es una medicina infalible.

If there is someone we should not lie to is ourselves, I have thought that at times we think positively and we cheer up trying to appease the anguish and pains of life, but when that becomes a habit and we do not let go of those feelings we accumulate them until drop by drop the glass is filled and at some point those emotions overflow. I have learned little by little to free myself from that weight, telling it to a very reliable person like my mom or husband has brought me relief and sometimes crying as a method of venting is an infallible medicine.
