Hola amigos de @fulldeportes feliz mitad de semana!! Por aca seguimos en la lucha de volver jeje hoy como se imaginaran amanecí ACABADA 🤣🤣 despues de la rutina que hice ayer, porque a pesar de haber sido "basica" venia de no hacer nada y por supuesto me pegó!! Sin embargo la memoria muscular existe y ya dentro de poco estaré al 100. Aunque sabemos que el dolor muscular no se va nunca 😂 pero si sigo haciendo ejercicios si disminuye un poco!!
Asi que hoy les comparto esta rutina con un poquito mas de intensidad para tren inferior 💪💪💪 por supuesto realicé mi calentamiento previo que ahora mas que nunca NO ES NEGOCIABLE, realicé 4 rondas descansando 3 minutos entre cada una. Sin prisa pero sin pausa 🤗🤗 espero que se animen a hacer esta rutina, nos vemos en la proxima

Hello friends of @fulldeportes happy midweek!!!! Here we are still in the struggle to return hehe today as you can imagine I woke up WIPED out 🤣🤣 after the routine I did yesterday, because despite having been "basic" I came from doing nothing and of course it hit me!!! However muscle memory exists and soon I will be at 100. Although we know that muscle pain never goes away 😂 but if I keep doing exercises if it decreases a little!!!
So today I share with you this routine with a little more intensity for lower body 💪💪💪💪 of course I did my previous warm up that now more than ever is NOT NEGOTIABLE, I did 4 rounds resting 3 minutes between each one. No rush but no pause 🤗🤗 hope you are encouraged to do this routine, see you in the next one.
