Rutina de Abdominales 💥💥💪 || Abs Routine 💥💥💪 [Esp-Eng]

Hola amigos de @fulldeportes feliz sabado de descanso para muchos, pero por aca seguimos activas, esta semana resistí entrenar hasta el sábado jeje, sin embargo decidí hacer algo "suave" como esta rutina de abdomen que les traigo!! Sencilla, sin ningun material mas que las ganas de fortalecer esa zona media, asi que vamos con todo 💪💪

Vamos a calentar muy bien antes de iniciar, en mi caso realicé 3 rondas de 15 burpees, de verdad los amo como parte de mis rutinas y entrenamientos. Cuando los estoy haciendo los odio 😂😂 pero al ver lo completos que son, los amo, esa relacion toxica que llevo con los burpees es unica😂😂

Pero bueno espero que se animen a hacerla y la sufran tanto como yo😂😂

Hello friends of @fulldeportes happy Saturday off for many, but here we are still active, this week I resisted training until Saturday hehe, however I decided to do something "soft" like this ab routine that I bring you!!! Simple, without any material but the desire to strengthen that middle area, so let's go all out 💪💪.

Let's warm up really well before starting, in my case I did 3 rounds of 15 burpees, I really love them as part of my routines and workouts. When I'm doing them I hate them 😂😂 but when I see how complete they are, I love them, that toxic relationship I have with burpees is unique😂😂😂.

But well I hope you are encouraged to do it and suffer it as much as I do😂😂😂
