Rutina de Abdominales 💥🔥 || Abs Routine 💥🔥

Hola amigos de @fulldeportes feliz viernes, inicio de fin de semana!! Espero tengan buenos planes, pero sobretodo que cuiden em trabajo realizado en la semana!! Yo me vi un poco afectada por la gripe, falté dos dias al gym pero hoy volví con mas fuerza!! Y les traigo una rutina espectacular para trabajar la zona media, por supuesto habran otros musculos involucrados pero el mayor enfoque será nuestro abdomen

En el primer y segundo ejercicio pueden hacerlos con algun bolso con libros si no cuentan con alguna pesa o disco como usé yo

Lo importante siempre es hacerlo💪 asi que a dejar las excusas!! Vamos por esa mejor version

I was a little affected by the flu, I missed two days at the gym but today I came back with more strength! And I bring you a spectacular routine to work the middle area, of course there will be other muscles involved but the main focus will be our abdomen.

In the first and second exercises you can do them with a bag with books if you don't have any weights or discs as I used.
