Hola amigos de @fulldeportes lunes de seguir con la misma actitud del domingo.jeje super activa!! en esta ocasión les traigo una rutina sencilla pero poderosa para tren superior, y lo mejor de todo es que no necesitan NADA oara realizarla más que las ganas 💪💪 así que ahora menos que nunca me como una excusa jeje

si, se puede entrenar sin pesas y aún así sentir que el trabajo fue eficiente!! y esta rutina después de 5 rondas me dejaron sudando la gota gorda por eso no dude en compartila!! espero que se animen a hacerla💪
