Hola hola amigos de @fulldeportes feliz viernes chiquito, espero todo marche bien!! Por aca seguimos activa, en esta oportunidad les traigo una rutina poderosa para trabajar el abdomen, todos soñamos con un abdomen fuerte y definido, pero mas alla de la rutina, sea cual sea, lo principal es la alimentacion, asi que ahi es donde debemos meterle mas intensidad, a cuidar esos habitos, y me incluyo totalmente jeje
Pero puedo decir que a pesar de tener 2 bebes me siento bastante bien con mi abdomen, por supuesto hay que seguirlo trabajando, pero tengo una zona media bastante fuerte, con cuadritos?? No, pero si está fuerte jaja algun dia llegaran lps cuadritos😂😂 mientras tanto, sigo disfrutando del proceso, y espero ustedes se animen a hacer la rutina tambien 💪💪

But I can say that despite having 2 babies I feel pretty good with my abdomen, of course I have to keep working on it, but I have a pretty strong middle area, with squares? No, but it's strong haha someday I'll get the cheeks😂😂 meanwhile, I keep enjoying the process, and I hope you are encouraged to do the routine as well 💪💪
