Cómo podemos ver tenemos los brazos apoyados al suelo dónde podemos realizar una stradle planch, ya que está plancha es una variación de la stradle planch normal , requiere de una buena fuerza en el hombro para poder realizar el ejercicio con facilidad para eso le recomiendo empezar a tener la costumbre en los hombros con los siguientes tips que hay en el tutorial,debemos tomar en cuenta que es un ejercicio peligroso ya que solo utilizamos la fuerza de los hombros para poder ejecutar el ejercicio de buena manera . .
