    Nos volvemos a encontrar, para juntos activarnos con una rutina demasiado especial. El día de hoy vamos a mover esas piernas, para que nuestras rodillas inicien movimientos espectaculares; y aunque las rodillas son las protagonistas principales, todo el tren inferior se verá favorecido, además de la región abdominal. Estos ejercicios podrán disfrutarlo si observan el video que a continuación se presenta. Vamos con todo que la acción inicia.

    Como siempre, hay que acondicionar el cuerpo, y para ello tenemos la fase de calentamiento, la cual inicia con brazos en L, arriba y abajo, y continúa con rodillazos al pecho + torción, cada ejercicio con un periodo de 3 minutos. En el circuito principal tenemos 3 ejercicios explosivos. En la estación 1 codazo + rodillazo contrario + cambio de guardia en salto, acción de la buena. Seguimos con la segunda estación flexiones en ola + codazo y rodillazo, acción increíble. Estación 3 esquives + rodillazos. No olvidemos que todos son 20 x 4; es decir, 20 repeticiones por 4 series. Lógicamente, finalizamos con la fase de relajación Respirar y exhalar por 3 minutos. Gracias por preferir nuestro canal de @threespeak.
