Hola amigos de #hive definitivamente en la vida se nos presentan diversas situaciones unas buenas, otras, no tan buenas, y que seguramente la gran mayoría pueden superar otros no, quizás para algunas personas es más fácil superar las adversidades, para otras no, pero lo cierto de esto, es que somos humanos y podemos llegar a caer en la depresión.

Está enfermedad simplemente llega sin avisar, y pocos la puedan notar, la mayoría de quiénes la padecen son personas normales, como tú, cómo yo, siempre están sonriendo y bromeando, pero pocos saben que por dentro llevan un gran sufrimiento, está enfermedad es terrible y lo crean o no en la actualidad se vuelto más común de lo que quisiéramos.

Por mi parte podría decir que tú qué estás allí viendo los toros desde la barrera, no juzgues, quizás lo que para ti es algo simple, para esa persona no lo es, cuando alguien sufre de depresión el detalle más pequeño, el más insignificante puede considerarse el más grande, así que si estás leyendo esto recuerda esto siempre.

Si tienes alguien que padece o tu sospechas que sufre de depresión, no le digas sal y diviértete, no te encierres, lo correcto es que le digas que estás allí, que cuenta contigo, que tú entiendes que no quiere salir pero que si quiere hacerlo, tu estás dispuesto a salir con el, solo hacerle compañía, así no quiera hablar.

Por fa no le digas, no te quejes tienes vida y tienes de todo, mejor dile que estás allí para escucharlo, para encontrar la solución juntos del problema que lo aqueja, porque una persona que sufre depresión jamás te va a pedir ayuda, dile que tú lo apoyas, que sabes que pronto todo pasará.

Presta atención que te esta diciendo con su actitud y gestos, muy probablemente están dando gritos de ayuda en silencio, y no sabemos escuchar, se que es difícil, pero no es imposible, lamentablemente en la actualidad con la situación económica que vivimos, la tasa de personas que padecen está enfermedad se acrecienta, sobretodo es triste ver cómo se ha desatado una ola de suicidios, producto de este mal.

Al menos en mi estado en estos últimos meses he sabido de al menos unos 10 casos de jóvenes y no tan jóvenes que se han quitado la vida, porque les cuento que no solo son los jóvenes, está enfermedad no distingue edad, razas, condición económica, nada, es por eso que te pido brindes ayuda a quien lo necesite.

Está enfermedad existe, está entre nosotros, ayudemos a quien lo necesite.

At least in my state in recent months I have known of at least 10 cases of young and not so young people who have taken their lives, because I tell you that it is not only young people, this disease does not distinguish age, race, economic status, nothing, that's why I ask you to provide help to those who need it.
