📹 ¡Un café con Mary en 80 segundos!

La semana pasada les compartí un vídeo en donde les hablaba un poco acerca de Tres puntos importantes que se deben incluir en cualquier reseña gastronómica. En el comentario de ese vídeo quedé con que les compartiría un ejemplo de cómo realizar una reseña breve en formato short, es decir, en un vídeo de tan solo 80 segundos de duración. No les mentiré, en un principio intentar resumir tanta información en un tiempo tan corto puede parecernos imposible, pero con un poco de práctica lo podemos lograr.

Como verán, en esta breve reseña, incluí puntos importantes como el lugar en donde está ubicada la cafetería, algo relevante sobre la decoración del lugar, lo que ofrecen en el menú y algunos costos y, por supuesto, les comento brevemente el pedido que realicé. Esto es sólo un ejemplo que les puede ser de utilidad en caso de que quieran realizar una recomendación de un lugar de forma breve, sin incluir demasiados detalles.

Pero bien, ahora que ya les hablé sobre este ejemplo de reseña rápida que les quería compartir, procederé a contarles un poco más sobre este lugar. Yo diría que Páramo Café es una de las cafaterías más concurridas y conocidas de la ciudad básicamente por su buen servicio y módicos precios, además de que literalmente en cada esquina de la ciudad hay una sede. Así que es por estas razones que este lugar es uno de los favoritos de muchas personas. Como les mencionaba en esta reseña short las opciones saladas que posee su menú no son demasiado amplias, podemos encontrarnos con los típicos bagels y paninis. En cuanto a las opciones dulces ya he tenido la oportunidad de probar varias, como por ejemplo las galletas, la torta de banana y la marmoleada y el croissant de Nutella. Hasta el momento mi opción favorita de postre ha sido la torta de banana porque tiene un toque de canela que combina bastante bien con el sabor de la fruta, además de que la textura de la torta es muy esponjosa.

Llevaba tiempo queriendo probar el croissant de Nutella, pero a decir verdad no me sorprendió. La masa, para mi gusto, estaba un poco más salada de la cuenta además de que pensé que tendría una mayor cantidad de relleno para el tamaño que de por sí tenía. En cuanto a los cafés tanto fríos como calientes ahí sí no tengo quejas, ¡ambas opciones son una maravilla! Yo recomiendo pedir cualquier opción de café porque es en serio cuando les digo que no decepcionan. Otro de los tantos puntos a favor que tiene Páramo Café es que son Pet Friendly, es decir, puedes visitar el lugar en compañía de tu mascota. Y, por cierto, esta cafetería tiene su propia línea de Café Molido que se puede encontrar en cualquiera de sus sucursales o en algunos supermercados del país. Esta es la marca que yo siempre compro para preparar café en casa porque me parece que es una de las mejores que puede conseguirse en los anaqueles de los supermercados.

Last week I shared with you a video where I talked a bit about Three important points to include in any food review. In the commentary of that video I said that I would share with you an example of how to make a short review in short format, that is, in a video of only 80 seconds long. I won't lie to you, at first trying to summarize so much information in such a short time may seem impossible, but with a little practice we can do it.

As you will see, in this brief review, I included important points such as the place where the cafeteria is located, something relevant about the decoration of the place, what they offer on the menu and some costs and, of course, I briefly comment on the order I placed. This is just an example that may be useful in case you want to make a brief recommendation of a place, without including too many details.

But well, now that I have already told you about this example of a quick review I wanted to share with you, I will proceed to tell you a little more about this place. I would say that Páramo Café is one of the most popular and well-known coffee shops in the city basically because of its good service and reasonable prices, besides the fact that literally in every corner of the city there is a location. So it is for these reasons that this place is one of the favorites of many people. As I mentioned in this short review the savory options on the menu are not too extensive, we can find the typical bagels and paninis. As for the sweet options I have already had the opportunity to try several, such as cookies, banana cake and marmoleada and Nutella croissant. So far my favorite dessert option has been the banana cake because it has a hint of cinnamon that combines quite well with the flavor of the fruit, plus the texture of the cake is very fluffy.

I had been wanting to try the Nutella croissant for a while, but to tell the truth I was not surprised. The dough, for my taste, was a little saltier than expected and I thought it would have a larger amount of filling for the size it had. As for the hot and cold coffees, I have no complaints, both options are wonderful! I recommend ordering either coffee option because I am serious when I tell you that they do not disappoint. Another of Páramo Café's many plus points is that they are Pet Friendly, that is, you can visit the place with your pet. And, by the way, this coffee shop has its own line of ground coffee that can be found in any of its branches or in some supermarkets in the country. This is the brand that I always buy to prepare coffee at home because it seems to me that it is one of the best that can be found on the supermarket shelves.
