    ¡Hola querida Comunidad de Foodies on Hive! Vengo con más una preparación para compartir, esta vez se trata de un deliciosa y refrescante Cocada, al estilo venezolano que de verdad me quedo super bien.

    Ya les he mencionado que aquí en Brasil que comido mas Cocos de lo que había comido en toda mi vida en Venezuela, y es que aquí es realmente barato, porque vivimos en una zona costera y muy turística, con el Océano Atlántico en todo su esplendor.

    En este caso compramos cocos verdes, de agua, pero al abrirlos encontramos que tenia bastante pulpa o “carne” como le decimos popularmente. Así que aprovechamos para prepararnos unas deliciosas Cocadas, recordando esas que venden en las playas de Venezuela.

    La receta es super fácil:

    Ingredientes:

    Agua de coco, pulpa de coco tierno, leche condensada, canela en polvo, azúcar, hielo.

    Preparación:

    En la licuadora ponemos todos los ingredientes y licuamos hasta que todo este bien integrado, va a quedar como un frape, servimos agregándole un poco mas de canela y leche consensada a gusto.

    Y eso es todo, super fácil y de verdad es deliciosa y refrescante. al tomarme este gran vaso de Cocada me traslade a mi tierra, me imagine sentada a la orilla de la playa, sintiendo la brisa marina en mi rostro, y por unos instantes mas cerca de mi familia.

    Eso es todo amigos, espero que tengan la oportunidad de preparase estas Cocadas, y si no eres de Venezuela, pero tienes a tu alcance Cocos verdes, no dudes en experimentar este delicioso sabor tropical, no te vas a arrepentir.
