- I live a little far from the park and I always ride my bike around the town where I live, whenever I arrive to the park I greet the guys that train there and I start stretching then I warm up with some of the exercises some pretty advanced to tone the muscles and start giving the heavy load.

- Then I start doing dynamic and static in combinations and when I finished doing dynamic and static I start doing basic, in this video I did not do basic but in another one I show you how is my complete training, my workouts are quite varied I do, balance that is handstand and everything I have to do with techniques that have to stabilize statically also flexibility and basic for legs this if I do it very little but I never forget it I always stay active with complete workouts.
