¡Feliz día, estimados amigos de Hive Food! Continuamos en este emocionante viaje de sabores, que nos brinda la oportunidad de degustar una amplia gama de cervezas tanto nacionales como internacionales. Me he dado cuenta de que realizar este tipo de catas es una experiencia que disfruto profundamente. Hoy, nuestro destino nos lleva al corazón de los Países Bajos, para explorar las distintas variedades que nos ofrece Bavaria.

Happy day, dear friends of Hive Food! We continue on this exciting journey of flavors, which gives us the opportunity to taste a wide range of both domestic and international beers. I have found that doing this type of tasting is an experience that I deeply enjoy. Today, our destination takes us to the heart of the Netherlands, to explore the different varieties that Bavaria has to offer.

Comenzamos nuestro recorrido con la cerveza Bavaria Premium, y debo decirles que es una auténtica delicia de sabores. Lo que más cautivó a mi paladar fue la pureza que percibí en cada sorbo. Además, su radiante color rubio añade un toque visual que no pasa desapercibido. Esta cerveza destaca por su frescura y, sorprendentemente, su amargor no solo no me desagradó, sino que me incitaba a seguir degustándola tras cada trago. Bavaria Premium se erige como un verdadero embajador de su país de origen y de la compañía que la elabora. He oído que tienen más variedades, y estoy ansiosa por probarlas. Si tienes la oportunidad de conseguirla, te insto a que lo hagas sin dudarlo.

We began our tour with the Bavaria Premium beer, and I must tell you that it is a true delight of flavors. What most captivated my palate was the purity I perceived in each sip. In addition, its radiant blonde color adds a visual touch that does not go unnoticed. This beer stands out for its freshness and, surprisingly, its bitterness not only did not displease me, but encouraged me to continue tasting it after each sip. Bavaria Premium stands as a true ambassador of its country of origin and the company that brews it. I hear they have more varieties, and I can't wait to try them. If you get a chance to get it, I urge you to do so without hesitation.

Ahora es el momento de explorar la 0% sabor manzana. Debo admitir que en un principio me equivoqué al considerarla una cerveza, pero no puedo estar más contenta de haberme topado con esta exquisita malta saborizada. No guarda ningún parecido con las maltas que haya probado antes, de hecho, carece por completo del típico sabor a malta. Para aquellos que se encuentren en Venezuela, les diré que su sabor es exactamente igual al del refresco Manzanita, pero con mucho menos dulzura, lo cual resultó sumamente atractivo para mi paladar. El sabor de esta malta es realmente adictivo y se puede maridar con una amplia variedad de platos, como pastas cremosas, risotto, tartas saladas, crepes saladas, así como platos de carne o pescado con cebolla y manzanas.

Now it's time to explore the 0% Apple flavor. I must admit that I was initially wrong to consider it a beer, but I couldn't be happier to have stumbled upon this exquisite flavored malt. It bears no resemblance to any malt I have tasted before, in fact, it completely lacks the typical malt flavor. For those of you in Venezuela, I will tell you that it tastes exactly like Manzanita soda, but with much less sweetness, which was very appealing to my palate. The taste of this malt is really addictive and can be paired with a wide variety of dishes, such as creamy pastas, risotto, savory pies, savory crepes, as well as meat or fish dishes with onions and apples.
