Unboxing: Aro de Luz Gigante [ESP/ENG]

Algo que me encanta a mí es dar regalos, creo que incluso prefiero dar regalos a recibirlos, aunque siempre serán bienvenidos; mi mejor amiga Alexandra cumple el domingo 18 y quiero regalarle algo muy especial pero, sobre todo, útil. Con el pasar de los años los regalos van tomando otro significado e incluso valor, cuando uno ya es adulto aprecia mucho más un regalo útil en nuestro día a día sobre cualquier otra cosa, esto no quiere decir que los regalos como peluches, accesorios o demás cosas no sean especiales o significativos pero la utilidad siempre será la clave de todo.

Alex trabaja como lashista y epiladora que, para los que no conocen estos conceptos, más abajo se los dejo; estos oficios requieren una buena fuente de luz debido a que son trabajos muy minuciosos, esta fuente de luz debe ser portátil por el motivo de que muchas veces estos servicios se prestan a domicilio.

• Lashista

Viene de la fusión de dos palabras en inglés, Lash que significa pestaña y Artist que es artista, de ahí se adapta a nuestro idioma creando la palabra lashista o artista de pestañas.

Es una persona que se dedica a la colocación de pestañas postizas (puede ser de una por una o en tira) sobre nuestras pestañas naturales.

• Epilación

Consiste en extraer el vello desde la raíz, dejando la piel libre de él. Existen varias técnicas en cuanto a epilación se refiere: la cera (la cuál es la más común), hilos árabes y las pinzas.

Ella tenía un aro de luz desde hace un tiempo pero este, de tanto transportarlo de un lado a otro, se partió y ha tenido que hacerle algunos remiendos para seguir dándole utilidad, esto dificulta mucho en su trabajo y tampoco le ayuda a tener una buena imagen o presencia por eso decidí regalarle un aro nuevo para su cumpleaños; como vengo planificando este desde el año pasado, sé que ella no sospecha nada. En su momento le pregunté porque aún no había cambiado el aro si le estaba dando tantos problemas, ella me contestó que estaba ahorrando para comprarse el más grande que existe en el mercado que es de 22 pulgadas pero su precio es algo elevado y todavía no tenía el dinero completo; con esa información empecé a poner manos a la obra.

Después de mucho buscar, comparar precios y calidad, conseguí el aro de luz perfecto así que me alié con el novio de ella para comprarlo entre los dos; el aro en sí es enorme, en el vídeo pueden apreciar lo gigante que es y lo potente que ilumina, de verdad espero que este regalo le guste y, más que eso, le sea de gran utilidad.

Something I love is giving presents, I think I even prefer giving presents to receiving them, although they will always be welcome; my best friend Alexandra's birthday is on Sunday 18th and I want to give her something very special but, above all, useful. As the years go by, gifts take on a different meaning and even value, when you are an adult you appreciate a useful gift more than anything else, this doesn't mean that gifts like cuddly toys, accessories or other things are not special or meaningful, but usefulness will always be the key to everything.

Alex works as a lashist and epilator which, for those who do not know these concepts, I leave them below; these trades require a good light source because they are very meticulous works, this light source must be portable for the reason that many times these services are provided at home.

• Lashist:

She had a light ring for some time but this one, from carrying it from one place to another, broke and she has had to make some patches to continue giving it utility, this makes it very difficult in her work and does not help her to have a good image or presence so I decided to give her a new ring for her birthday; as I have been planning this since last year, I know that she does not suspect anything. At the time I asked her why she had not yet changed the ring if it was giving her so many problems, she replied that she was saving up to buy the biggest one on the market which is 22 inches but its price is somewhat high and she still did not have the money in full; with that information I started to get down to work.

After a lot of searching, comparing prices and quality, I got the perfect light ring so I teamed up with her boyfriend to buy it together; the ring itself is huge, in the video you can see how big it is and how powerful it lights up, I really hope she likes this gift and, more than that, it will be very useful for her.
