Saludos amigos de la comunidad, En este dia vengo a motivarlos con este post ya que logre sobrepasar mis limites, En este dia vengo a traerles una rutina muy explosiva con sobrepeso. Es una rutina que vengo haciendo desde hace 3 dias y me ah echo progresar muchisimo, Me ah entregado muchisima resistencia y volumen en el pecho y los brazos. Es una rutina con 6 ejercicios 4 series con descansos. Si quieren aumentar volumen rapido intenten esta rutina que les aseguro que les ayudara.
