Once again grateful to be able to take part in this weekly musical experience, this time in week 96 with the theme "Mi melodía"

What a great joy to be able to be present once again in this musical celebration! The first idea I had regarding the weekly theme was to record something original, perhaps an improvisation, but then I thought that "my melody" did not necessarily have to be my own creation, but maybe just a song that I really liked. I think it's part of the magic of music, the artist when creating a song is giving birth to his work before the public, and everyone who experiences the music interprets it and makes it "theirs" in a certain way. Maybe my melody is a love song that hasn't been written yet, maybe my melody is different every day!

The song that I interpret for you in this edition of our beloved Hive Open Mic "Tan cerca de tí" is a song by one of the most relevant Venezuelan rock bands "Zapato 3" whom I have listened to since my teenage years. for some time I wanted to record this cover so I decided to bring it on this occasion, it is a song with somewhat romantic lyrics but with a fairly lively rhythm bordering on hard rock at times, without further ado I hope you like my this week's entry! Una vez más agradecido de poder tomar parte en esta experiencia musical semanal, esta vez en la semana 96 con el tema "Mi melodía"

*¡Qué gran alegría poder estar presente una vez más en esta celebración musical! La primera idea que tuve con respecto al tema semanal fue grabar algo original, quizá una improvisación, pero luego pensé que "mi melodía" no tenía que ser necesariamente una creación mía, sino tal vez simplemente una canción que me gustase mucho. Creo que es parte de la magia de la música, el artista al crear una canción está dando a luz su obra ante el público, y cada quien al experimentar la música la interpreta y hace "suya" en cierta forma. Quizá mi melodía es una canción de amor que no se ha escrito todavía, ¡quizá mi melodía es diferente cada día!. *

La canción que les interpreto en esta edición de nuestro querido Hive Open Mic "Tan cerca de tí" es una canción de una de las bandas más relevantes del rock Venezolano "Zapato 3" a quienes escucho desde mis años de adolescencia y desde hace algún tiempo tenía ganas de grabar este cover así que decidí traerlo en esta ocasión, es una canción con una letra algo romántica pero con un ritmo bastante movido rayando por momentos en el hard rock, sin más que añadir ¡espero que les guste mi participación de esta semana! ¡saludos y éxitos para todos, hasta la próxima!
