    Hoy quise intentar este viejo reto de cuando entranaba calistenia con mis amigos, era divertido y en su momento lo llevabamos al extremo pues se podría decir que teniamos un muy buen nivel, al menos la mayoria, este lo cree yo usando de referencia un canal de youtube llamado: Iron Masters, ni siquiera logro recordar que video exactamente pero el caso es que de allí tome la idea y nos encargamos de adaptarla a nuestros entrenamientos.

    Today I wanted to try this old challenge from when I used to train calisthenics with my friends, it was fun and at the time we took it to the extreme because we could say that we had a very good level, at least most of us, I created this one using as reference a youtube channel called: Iron Masters, I can't even remember which video exactly but the fact is that I took the idea from there and we took care of adapting it to our workouts.

    Debemos hacer variantes de flexiones hasta que solo quede una persona, cada vez que se complete una ronda se agrega una repetición y así mismo una variable extra, en este caso lo hago solo en casa y de la manera más facil posible pues ya no tengo el mismo control sobre mi cuerpo, es una pena el dejar la calistenia pues esa disciplina si que da fuerza funcional a comparación de un gimnasio... Pero solo no me animo, al menos no por ahora.

    We must do variations of push-ups until only one person is left, each time a round is completed a repetition is added and likewise an extra variable, in this case I do it alone at home and in the easiest way possible because I no longer have the same control over my body, it is a shame to leave the calisthenics because that discipline does give functional strength compared to a gym .... But I don't dare to do it alone, at least not for now.

    Puedes modificar los ejercicios a tu gusto, hay muchos más avanzados e incluso algunos de mis amigos lo hacian con flexiones pino y pike. Además de ser un challenge divertido también es una buena alternativa para entrenar pectoral y seguramente resultara menos tedioso que ir contando sets y repeticiones.

    You can modify the exercises to your liking, there are many more advanced ones and even some of my friends did it with pushups and pike. Besides being a fun challenge it's also a good alternative for pectoral training and will certainly be less tedious than counting sets and reps.
