(ENG/ESP) MI PRESENTACIÓN EN HIVE / MI PRESENTATION ON HIVE

Hola comunidad de Hive, yo soy Juan Tecocha, un creador de contenido peruano enfocado en cine, comunicación audiovisual y vida universitaria.

Hello Hive community, I am Juan Tecocha, a Peruvian content creator focused on cinema, audiovisual communication, and university life.

Me animé a entrar a esta genial plataforma por la recomendación de un amigo llamado Miguel, con el que trabajo creando contenido, aquí se le conoce como Cryptomorfosis. Él me habló de lo bien que trata esta comunidad a los creadores, otorgándoles un espacio libre para expresarse y expandir su creatividad, además de recompensarlos justamente por su trabajo. Así que, por esta razón y por mis ganas de compartir mis conocimientos en más plataformas, estoy aquí.

I was encouraged to join this great platform by a friend named Miguel, with whom I work creating content, here he is known as Cryptomorfosis. He told me how well this community treats creators, providing them a free space to express themselves and expand their creativity, as well as fairly rewarding them for their work. So, for this reason and my desire to share my knowledge on more platforms, I am here.

Actualmente estoy desarrollando varios proyectos, la mayoría relacionados a mi marca personal y mi carrera (comunicación audiovisual).
Currently, I am developing several projects, most of them related to my personal brand and my career (audiovisual communication).

El más antiguo es mi canal de YouTube, donde comencé publicando videos con temáticas variadas (comedia, cocina, viajes, etc), fue gracias a este canal que logré elevar mis habilidades como filmmaker (redacción de guiones, manejo de cámara, grabación, edición, etc) y pude descubrir que me apasionaba todo lo relacionado al mundo audiovisual, es por eso que ahora mi contenido está más enfocado a ese tema.

The oldest is my YouTube channel, where I started publishing videos with varied themes (comedy, cooking, travel, etc), it was thanks to this channel that I managed to enhance my skills as a filmmaker (scriptwriting, camera handling, recording, editing, etc) and I was able to discover that I was passionate about everything related to the audiovisual world, that's why now my content is more focused on this topic.

Recientemente creé un curso de “introducción a la comunicación audiovisual” en Hotmart, para que todas las personas interesadas en seguir esta carrera puedan disponer de la información necesaria para familiarizarse con el mundillo.

Recently, I created a "Introduction to Audiovisual Communication" course on Hotmart, so that all people interested in pursuing this career can have the necessary information to familiarize themselves with the field.

Y, en la actualidad, me encuentro colaborando de manera asociada en Cryptomorfosis, un medio de comunicación enfocado en la tecnología blockchain y web3, donde conduzco un programa sobre cine en la web3 llamado “Film3 Center”.

And, currently, I am collaborating in an associated manner on Cryptomorfosis, a media outlet focused on blockchain technology and web3, where I host a show about cinema in web3 called "Film3 Center".

Más allá de mi contenido y a lo que me dedico, uno de mis mayores hobbies es jugar fútbol con mis amigos, a este tipo de eventos se les conoce como “pichangas” en Perú. Además, soy gran fanático del club Alianza Lima en mi país y del FC Barcelona en España.

Beyond my content and what I do, one of my biggest hobbies is playing soccer with my friends, this kind of events are known as "pichangas" in Peru. Additionally, I am a huge fan of the Alianza Lima club in my country and FC Barcelona in Spain.

Por otro lado, también disfruto mucho de ir al cine a ver películas con mi madre, a ella le gustan muchísimo las cintas de comedia, pero a mí me gusta más el drama y la ciencia ficción. Si hiciera un top de mis 10 películas favoritas de todos los tiempos, probablemente sería en este orden: 1) Meteoro 2) Eterno resplandor de una mente sin recuerdo 3) Her 4) Bastardos sin gloria 5) Tinta Roja 6) Truman Show 7) Taxi driver 8) El rey de la comedia 9) Spiderman 2 10) Primicia Mortal.

On the other hand, I also greatly enjoy going to the movies with my mother, she loves comedy films a lot, but I prefer drama and science fiction. If I were to make a top 10 of my favorite movies of all time, it would probably be in this order: 1) Meteoro 2) Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind 3) Her 4) Inglourious Basterds 5) Red Ink 6) Truman Show 7) Taxi Driver 8) The King of Comedy 9) Spiderman 2 10) Nightcrawler.

Además, una afición que he ido desarrollando con el tiempo, y que me sumado mucho a nivel personal y profesional, es la lectura, con la que he descubierto información que no se suele encontrar fácil en internet. Uno de mis libros favoritos y que logró cambiar mi mentalidad para siempre es “El Punto Clave” de Malcom Gladwell, si tienen la oportunidad de leerlo háganlo, no se van a decepcionar.

Furthermore, a hobby that I have been developing over time, which has added a lot to me personally and professionally, is reading, with which I have discovered information that is not usually easily found on the internet. One of my favorite books and that managed to change my mentality forever is "The Tipping Point" by Malcom Gladwell, if you have the opportunity to read it, do it, you will not be disappointed.
