Saludos queridos amigos de la comunidad SWC. En esta oportunidad compartiré con ustedes mi penúltimo día de entrenamiento para la competencia nacional, legens of the bars.
Greetings dear friends of the community SWC. In this opportunity I will share with you my penultimate day of training for the national competition, legens of the bars.

Este es el penúltimo día y es uno de los más importantes, la verdad quería practicar mejores cosas, la barra no me ayudaba, no tenía nada de agarre. Pude compartir mi entrenamiento con @manuelcancine que no va a estar en esta oportunidad compitiendo con nosotros y con @bertnez que afortunadamente si va a competir.
This is the penultimate day and is one of the most important, the truth is that I wanted to practice better things, the bar did not help me, I had no grip at all. I was able to share my training with @manuelcancine who will not be competing with us this time and with @bertnez who fortunately will be competing.
Solo fue un día de práctica para que el cuerpo no se enfríe y se mantenga activo a la hora de hacer freestyle. El día martes estaré en mi última sesión de entrenamiento antes de empezar a descansar para la competencia.
It was just a practice day so that the body doesn't get cold and stays active when it comes to freestyle. On Tuesday I will be in my last training session before starting to rest for the competition.
