Un saludo cariñoso para todos los miembros que forman parte de esta comunidad de Threeshorts😀❤️ Y sobre todo agradezco el poder usar esta comunidad para lanzar mensajes que considero importantes, siempre muy relacionados con el desarrollo personal.

En este caso creí importante hablar sobre el Duelo, tomando como ejemplo la reacción de la Selección Francesa al perder el partido final y quedar en segundo lugar en el Mundial de Futbol que se celebró hace escasamente tres días.

Y para esto tomé de referencia a Mbappé; máximo goleador del mundial y capitán de la selección francesa, que tuvo una actuación memorable en el partido pero que no fue suficiente para resultar ganadores.

Porque al terminar el encuentro, el capitán estaba desesperanzado, dolido y nada ni nadie le consolaba a pensar de su buena actuación en ese partido y durante todo el mundial. Estaba expresando su duelo.

Un proceso muy frecuente que todas las personas atravesamos en nuestro día a día tanto por la pérdida de un ser querido, de nuestra mascota, un despido laboral o incluso la pérdida de algo material a lo que le damos gran valor sentimental.

Ese proceso de duelo da paso a la comprensión que nos sirve para entender cómo y para qué pasan las cosas y así llegar a la aceptación.

Y con este aprendizaje hecho pasamos ya a dar las gracias por lo que el paso de esta experiencia nos ha aportado.

Convirtiéndonos en personas más sabias y con mayores recursos para afrontar y tomar incluso, mejores decisiones en el futuro.
Y creeme que a este punto también llegará Mbappé cuando transite este proceso también😉

In this case, I thought it was important to talk about the Duel, taking as an example the reaction of the French National Team when they lost the final match and came in second place in the Soccer World Cup that was played barely three days ago.

And for this I took Mbappé; top scorer in the World Cup and captain of the French team as a reference, who had a memorable performance in the match but it was not enough to win.

Because at the end of the match, the captain was hopeless, hurt and nothing and no one consoled him to think of his good performance in that game and throughout the World Cup. He was expressing his grief.

A very frequent process that all of us go through in our day to day both due to the loss of a loved one, our pet, a job layoff or even the loss of something material to which we attach great sentimental value.

** This grieving process gives way to understanding ** that helps us understand how and why things happen and thus reach acceptance.

And with this learning done, we are now going to give thanks for what the passage of this experience has brought us.

Becoming wiser people and with greater resources to face and make even better decisions in the future.
And believe me that Mbappé will also reach this point when he goes through this process as well😉
