Hello everyone!!😀 How are you? I trust that very well but... if not, all the more reason to stay and see the review that I have prepared for you today😇 Who knows... you might thank me later (just kidding)😜
And before continuing, I also wanted to take the opportunity to say hello to all the active members and moderators of the Movies & TV Shows community for the opportunity they give me to post my reviews here one more day😊
I will start by saying that the "Better Days" series focuses on capturing, within Group Coaching Sessions, how people who are going through a grieving process for having lost their sentimental partner, overcome this harsh situation and move on with their lives.
The series stars:
Blanca Portillo in the role of Dr. Laforet who plays Coach and lost her only child when she was hit by a drunk driver.
Ana Planas who plays Graci, a 20-year-old girl who loses her boyfriend after going through a long path of treatments to overcome cancer.
Erick Elias is Pardo and becomes a Mexican musician who, on one of his tours in Spain, meets your partner and has two children with her and from one day to the next they tell him that the mother of his children is dying of a heart attack. traffic accident.
Marta Azas as Sara, she puts herself in the shoes of a mother of an 8-year-old boy who loses her husband due to sudden death during a soccer game.
Francescs Orella as Luis, he plays the role of a senior manager of a company, whose wife commits suicide after finding out that he has a lover.
It is wonderful (at least for me), how such different people can put themselves in the place of other people who live different realities but with the common bond that both are going through a grieving process.
There you can see the sincere and genuine listening, as well as the personal involvement among the coachees or clients when it comes to supporting their companions in misfortune. This demonstrates a real lesson in empathy.
And all this interspersed with the unusual techniques that the coach uses with her clients, to help them change their perception of things and with it the harsh reality they are going through. And thus, support them to change their lives for the better.
This series clearly shows the wealth and learning that exists in the everyday things of life. Eliminating prejudices between different people but so equal at the same time.
Implying that our differences, instead of separating us, unite us even more. Showing that a better world is possible if we learn to put ourselves in the place of others.
To conclude, say that this series is a song to the real hope that a better world is possible, as long as each one of us does our bit🤗
Starting with ourselves, taking responsibility for our emotional health: knowing what we feel at every moment of our lives, how we behave with ourselves and with others and what traumas and limiting beliefs we carry that prevent us from being a better person in all areas of life.
You can do this alone or with help but...do it!!
And if you are one of those committed to achieving this, all the more reason to encourage you to watch the series... and also😁 Because your emotional health never hurts🙃
See you soon!!
