Good morning fellow hive and SWC. I'm Brayan @Hidekinagatari. This time I bring you a series of plank exercises, which we should always add in our plank routine and never leave them aside, since they are essential to continue progressing and improving both the technique and strength of this element. These exercises, regardless of our level, are the basis for us to follow the path of the plank, which is an extremely difficult element that requires a lot of technique and time to have it, so knowing this, we can not leave aside these exercises that I have put here as they bring us from the beginning and even being already advanced, they will continue to do so, since as I said before, they will help us to improve the technique of the plank and to have a better perception of what it is to have this element, although of course, whether you have a low level, as is my case, you can remove difficulty to the exercises, or if you have a high level, add more difficulty adapting it according to your level 💪🏼.
