    Hola a la Comunidad de HIVE!👋

    En Pilates no solo trabajamos la postura y movimientos lentos y estiramientos. También realizamos saltos de forma horizontal. ¿Alguna vez tuviste la sensación de saltar acostado? En este video te muestro cómo hacerlo con la camilla de Pilates 🙂

    La tabla de Pique es un elemento que utilizamos en nuestras clases para trabajar nuestras PIERNAS Y CORE.
    En este caso vamos con CORE y tengan en cuenta que lleva práctica realizarlo de una forma correcta. Por eso es que tratamos de hacerlo con gente de mucha experiencia con nosotros.🤗

    Muchos de nuestros alumnos piden este tipo de ejercicios ya que son "DIVERTIDOS" y es diferente a los demás. Sí, es divertido, y además trabaja muchísimo. Pero puede generar vértigo si no estás acostumbrado. 😵

    Los movimientos que podemos realizar con las piernas en el aire son infinitos, y en este video te muestro algunas de esas variantes. Se puede inventar en el momento, y tener en cuenta que cuantos mas movimientos haga, mayor es el trabajo ABDOMINAL 💪
