    EJERCICIOS | EXCERCISES

    El método de entrenamiento es POR REPETICIONES. Intentando realizarlo con buena técnica y con pausas entre ejercicios y series.

    - 🍀PRINCIPIANTES: 2 Series x 10Reps
    - 🤠INTERMEDIOS: 3 Series x 10-12Reps
    - 🌶️AVANZADOS: 4-5 Series x 12-15Reps
    Las pausas regulen ustedes, dependiendo el nivel.

    The training method is REPETITIONS. Trying to do it with good technique and with pauses between exercises and series.

    - 🍀BEGINNERS: 2 Sets x 10Reps
    - 🤠INTERMEDIATE: 3 Series x 10-12Reps

    Al finalizar este circuito INTENSO, vamos a elongar alguno de nuestros músculos para recuperar la tensión de nuestras fibras musculares y así relajarlos. En este caso elongamos nuestros hombros y cuádriceps, pero sepan que debemos realizar el estiramiento de TODOS nuestros músculos para estar en óptimas condiciones para nuestro próximo entrenamiento. 😉
