El método EMOM, o "Every Minute On the Minute", es una estrategia de entrenamiento por intervalos que se basa en realizar un número determinado de repeticiones de un ejercicio específico cada minuto durante una cantidad de tiempo establecida.
En el caso del muscle up, ejercicio que hice ayer durante la noche, el objetivo es desarrollar la resistencia muscular y cardiovascular a través de la ejecución repetida de este ejercicio con descansos breves. En este video te muestro en que consiste.
Para grabar usé mi trípode, pero como estaba soplando mucho viento le pedí ayuda a mi amiga @zsara, quien no paraba de molestarme preguntándome cuanto faltaba por el video. Perdonen también a mi pana @towerworkout, que se le da ponerse tonto y atravesarse a medio video.

The EMOM method, or "Every Minute On the Minute," is an interval training strategy based on performing a set number of repetitions of a specific exercise every minute for a set amount of time.
