El sábado por la mañana mi amigo (@edixovm) y yo nos levantamos temprano por la mañana para ver el amanecer junto al Lago. Es una práctica que teníamos algo olvidada. Es un espectáculo visual increíble. 🌞
No fuimos con el objetivo de entrenar duro o algo así, solo lo que el cuerpo nos pidiera, y pasar una mañana agradable recibiendo los beneficios de la luz solar. Luego llegaron unos Crossfiteros al parque. No nos peleamos con ellos porque eran más de cuatro, estaba muy temprano y no les hubiera ganado. En fin… Cada disciplina con su juego. 😜
Edixo es muy callado, así que disfruta mucho de estos momentos de tranquilidad, y yo que hablo demasiado de vez en cuando me viene bien escuchar mi propia respiración. Entonces ambos podemos estar callados un buen rato sin sentir incomodidad por ello, es genial. Son esas pequeñas cosas que hacen que una relación de amistad sea diferente y única.
Así estuvo nuestra mañana de ayer, y queríamos compartirlo. Un saludo a todos, ¿emocionados por el primer Versus del año? 🔥
Saturday morning my friend (@edixovm) and I got up early in the morning to watch the sunrise by the Lake. It's a practice we had somewhat forgotten about. It's an amazing visual spectacle. 🌞
We didn't go with the goal of training hard or anything, just whatever the body asked us to do, and spend a nice morning getting the benefits of the sunlight. Then some Crossfitters came to the park. We didn't fight with them because it was too early and I wouldn't have beaten them. Anyway... Every discipline with its game. 😜
Edixo is very quiet, so he really enjoys these quiet moments, and I who talk too much from time to time do well to listen to my own breathing. Then we can both be quiet for a good while without feeling awkward, for that, it's great. It's those little things that make a friendship relationship different and unique.
