Greetings welcome to my blog, today I bring a video that excites me a lot is about the Gaming Haul in retro version because I got a classic Xbox at a super price, I could not pass it up.

This Xbox that came out in 2001 by Microsoft set a trend in many aspects even though it was not a leader in sales, much had to do with its easy customization and piracy making it very cheap to get games and accessories, I faithfully believe that if Microsoft had been as careful as it was against piracy in its Xbox One console, it would be a different story.

Also this console represents my return to gaming because I bought mine in the year 2003 approximately, before I did not play because I had to sell my collection of consoles I had for economic reasons, so having this console in my hands is something very nostalgic and full of epic feelings of achievement.

I declare myself an Xbox lover and this was my first love, with its extensive catalog that the truth is that there are very good games that still do not get to the recompatibility program, this console has many memories of very pleasant moments playing with my daughters when they were little.

Saludos bienvenidos a mi blog, hoy traigo un video que me emociona mucho se trata del Haul Gaming en versión retro pues he conseguido una Xbox clásica a un super precio, no lo podía dejar pasar.

Esta Xbox que saliera en el año de 2001 por parte de Microsoft marcó tendencia en muchos aspectos aun que no fue líder en ventas, mucho tuvo que ver su fácil customización y la piratearía haciendo muy barato conseguirle juegos y accesorios, creo fielmente que si Microsoft hubiera tenido el cuidado que tuvo en contra de la piratearía en su consola de Xbox One otra historia sería.

También esta consola representa mi regreso al gaming pues yo compré la mía en el año de 2003 aproximadamente, antes ya no jugaba porque tuve que vender mi colección de consolas que tenía por cuestiones económicas, así que tener esta consola en mis manos es algo muy nostálgico y lleno sentimientos de logro muy épicos.

Me declaro un amante de Xbox y este fue mi primer amor, con su amplio catalogo que la verdad hay juegos muy buenos que aun no meten al programa de recompatibilidad, esta consola tiene muchos recuerdos de momentos muy amenos jugando con mis hijas cuando eran pequeñas.

I also had to get an HDMI adapter that cost me an expensive $20 USD plus an update in its operating system to be able to load games directly and I also changed the hard drive for a bigger one because the one that comes from the factory is too small, that cost me $25 USD.

In total I have spent about $100 USD but the feeling of playing it and having it in my hands is priceless, as I said it means a lot to me in terms of sentimental value, I think that's worth that $100 and more.

La consola me ha costado al rededor de $30 USD es un precio muy bueno, si consideramos que por aquí en mi país ronda entre los $75/80 USD, aparte de eso le tuve que comprar los controles que los compré usado y genéricos por un precio de $15 USD.

De igual forma tuve que conseguir un adaptador para HDMI que ese si me costó algo caro $20 USD mas una actualización en su sistema operativo para poder cargarle juegos directamente además le cambie el disco duro por una de mas tamaño pues el que trae de fabrica es muy pequeño eso me costó $25 USD.

En total me he gastado cerca de $100 USD pero la sensación de jugarla y tenerla en mis manos no tiene precio, como les dije significa mucho para mi en cuanto a valor sentimental, creo que eso vale esos $100 y mas.

The console still has its original dashboard and it is amazing to see it, the truth is that it was very nice for the time in which we lived at that time, even my 11 year old son @curvymosquito83 was surprised by the graphics of the games and the interface of the operating system and menus.

In his memory I have put games like Def Jam Fight For New York this fighting game that at the time was a success, the same Scarface one of my favorite SandBox games that always surprises me with something new every time I play it and of course I could not miss BornOut 3 Takedown that had an update in a version for Xbox 360 but that console I have not bought it yet, that's a matter of time.

En la parte del programa de emulación que le pusieron al Xbox no he puesto ningún juego, pues todo el espacio disponible lo han ocupado juegos de Xbox Clásico, tuve que elegir en un catalogo entre mas de 400 juegos solo 15 que eran los que cabían en el disco duro, que difícil decisión, pero creo que he hecho una muy buena selección de los que para mi son los juegos de esta generación mas icónicos y que aun no tienen su versión remaster o retrocompatibilidad en nuevas consolas.

La consola tiene su dashboard original aun y es una pasada verlo, la verdad que era muy bonito para la época en la que se vivía en ese entonces, hasta mi hijo de 11 años @curvymosquito83 se sorprendió del apartado grafico de los juegos y de la interfaz del sistema operativo y los menús.

En su memoria he puesto juegos como Def Jam Fight For New York este juego de peleas que en su momento fue un éxito, igual Scarface uno de mis juegos de SandBox preferidos que siempre me sorprende con algo nuevo cada que lo juego y por supuesto no podía faltar el BornOut 3 Takedown que tuvo una actualización en una versión para Xbox 360 pero esa consola no la he comprado aun, eso es cosa de tiempo.
