Greetings, community of vocalists, instrumentalists, composers and music lovers. In this third week of this fantastic contest created by @lordbutterfly with the collaboration of @silentscreamer, I want to share with you a very special song: "Pescador" (Fisherman)

This song recreates what a disciple of Jesus experienced when our Lord found him fishing and called him to his service. The song is in the first person because in each of us who have felt the call of our Lord to follow Him, this story is fundamentally repeated.

To me, particularly, when I felt close to Him, really, as the song says "His gaze crossed my tired eyes." Sometimes life tires us. Sometimes... no matter how hard we try, we feel that we cannot achieve what we want, what we need. Sometimes life hurts us... But when our Lord comes closer to us, when He puts other nets in our hands and makes us fishermen too... life changes us completely.

Fisherman, who when passing by the shore of the lake you saw me drying my nets in the sun,
your look crossed my tired eyes and you came into my life looking for my love.

Saludos, comunidad de vocalistas, instrumentistas, compositores y amantes de la música. En esta tercera semana de este fantástico concurso creado por @lordbutterfly con la colaboración de @silentscreamer, deseo compartir con ustedes una canción muy especial: "Pescador" .

Esta canción recrea lo que vivió un discípulo de Jesús cuando nuestro Señor le encontró pescando y lo llamó para su servicio. El canto está en primera persona porque en cada uno de los que hemos sentido el llamado de nuestro Señor a seguirle, esta historia se repite en lo fundamental.

A mí, particularmente, cuando le sentí cercano, realmente, como dice la canción "Su mirar se cruzó con mis ojos cansados" . A veces la vida nos cansa. A veces... por mucho que nos esforcemos sentimos que no logramos alcanzar lo que deseamos, lo que necesitamos. A veces la vida nos duele... Pero cuando nuestro Señor se acerca a nosotros, cuando Él pone en nuestras manos otras redes y nos hace pescadores también... la vida nos cambia totalmente.

Pescador, que al pasar por la orilla del lago
me viste secando mis redes al sol,
tu mirar se cruzó con mis ojos cansados
y entraste en mi vida buscando mi amor.

PESCADOR, EN MIS MANOS HAS PUESTO OTRAS REDES
