Una casualidad moldeada a EmpowerTalent

El día de hoy por asignación de mi profesor de comunicación social en la Radio, tuve que realizar una visita de reconocimiento, para conocer aspectos técnicos de un medio convencional que no ha muerto y donde pude entender el rol del comunicador desde la empatía con su gente.

Comprendí lo cercana que es la comunidad a un medio que no pasa de moda y se mantiene en pie gracias a un equipo que como un engranaje entero que regala alegría, sonrisas y compañía a través de ondas de radio.

Por ello, quiero compartir con ustedes algunas impresiones y situarme en el rol que quiero cumplir como comunicadora para responder cada interrogante propuesta en esta comunidad, que nos permite mostrarnos al desnudo, creando un nexo con un espacio que me permite cumplir un sueño.

A chance chance molded to EmpowerTalent

Today by assignment of my professor of social communication in Radio, I had to make a reconnaissance visit, to know technical aspects of a conventional medium that has not died and where I could understand the role of the communicator from the empathy with its people. I understood how close the community is to a medium that does not go out of fashion and remains standing thanks to a team that as a whole gear that gives joy, smiles and company through radio waves.

Therefore, I want to share with you some impressions and place myself in the role I want to fulfill as a communicator to answer every question proposed in this community, which allows us to show ourselves naked, creating a link with a space that allows me to fulfill a dream.

La empatía desde mi sueño

Pienso que el destino lo escribimos nosotros, pero lo talla y moldea el universo, que la vida me haya dado la oportunidad de formarme en mi sueño me ha permitido mirar más allá de mi rol como creadora en este espacio, para crear un faceta en donde mis talentos se unen a mis metas profesionales para comenzar a construir lo que quiero.

Me gusta pensar que soy empática, intento no señalar ni juzgar a quien no llevo como responsabilidad, ya que mi percepción de que todos podemos enfrentar la vida con las herramientas que nos otorgan siempre está presente, creo que nadie debe señalar tus pasos incluso si te acompaña en el camino.

Empathy from my dream

I think that destiny is written by us, but it is carved and molded by the universe, that life has given me the opportunity to train in my dream has allowed me to look beyond my role as a creator in this space, to create a facet where my talents join my professional goals to start building what I want.

I like to think that I am empathetic, I try not to point out or judge who I do not carry as a responsibility, since my perception that we can all face life with the tools we are given is always present, I believe that no one should point out your steps even if they accompany you along the way.

Una comunicadora sin igual

Para construir la comunicadora que quiero ser debo aprender a conectar con cada persona sin importar tendencias, percepciones y gustos o expresiones, participar como una voz al que se siente indefenso o necesita compañía no es tarea fácil, pero encuentro enriqueciendo mi ser para brindar lo mejor.

“No puedo comunicar sin aprender a comunicarme” y aunque suene redundante no solo se trata de oír o percibir sin más lo que es noticia, se trata de escuchar, analizar y reflexionar de una realidad que escapa de nuestras manos y a la que quiero aportar un poco de amor y alegría. Lo positivo parte desde la empatía, entendiendo que el mundo gira al ritmo que cada uno escucha la melodía de la vida y es nuestro deber aportar a lo que enriquece el alma, para sumar un poco mas al mundo entero.

A communicator without equal

To build the communicator I want to be I must learn to connect with each person regardless of trends, perceptions and tastes or expressions, to participate as a voice to those who feel helpless or need company is not an easy task, but I find myself enriching my being to provide the best.

"I cannot communicate without learning to communicate" and although it sounds redundant it is not only about hearing or perceiving what is news, it is about listening, analyzing and reflecting on a reality that escapes from our hands and to which I want to contribute a little love and joy.

The positive starts from empathy, understanding that the world turns to the rhythm that each one listens to the melody of life and it is our duty to contribute to what enriches the soul, to add a little more to the whole world.

Lo posible desde el talento

Hoy entendí que son muchas las maneras de explorar la comunicaciones, pero que sea cual sea nuestro rol, debemos responsabilizarnos de lo que se dice y la manera en que nuestros prejuicios se interponen en el criterio a la hora de asumir una postura.

Es una obligación ser empáticos y romper con las barreras que nos sitúan lejos del que sufre, no se trata de perder la objetividad, sino que las comunicaciones se conviertan en un cobijo.

What is possible from talent

Today I understood that there are many ways to explore communications, but that whatever our role, we must take responsibility for what is said and how our prejudices get in the way of our criteria when it comes to assuming a position.

It is an obligation to be empathetic and break down the barriers that place us far from those who suffer; it is not a matter of losing objectivity, but rather that communications become a shelter.
