¡Hola mis amores!

Espero el universo les esté regalando lo que se merecen y más en esta oportunidad, llevo unos cuantos vídeos hablando de lo que cada pequeño tópico de la vida significa para mí, y últimamente, le he encontrado un gusto al tema de darle a un título un agregado, por ello, en esta oportunidad inauguro una temporada de vídeos que estarán “a mi ritmo” y llenos de amor.

Inicio así, con un tema en base a mis experiencias y con ese mensaje que espero llegue a sus corazones, hoy a mi ritmo les hablaré de la soledad.

Hello my loves!

I hope the universe is giving you what you deserve and more in this opportunity, I have a few videos talking about what each small topic of life means to me, and lately, I have found a taste for the theme of giving a title an addition, therefore, this time I inaugurate a season of videos that will be "at my pace" and full of love.

I start with a theme based on my experiences and with that message that I hope will reach your hearts, today at my rhythm I will talk about loneliness.

En solitario por el mundo

La soledad es un tema complejo y su significado toma un tono y color en cada universo que la experimenta, si bien el sosiego que otorga para muchos es alimento para el alma, otros tienen una percepción distinta lo que causa un nivel de angustia (comprensible), pero que a la larga trae consecuencias inevitables en lo que autoestima y crecimiento se refiere.

“El problema no es estar solos, sino la sensación de soledad que se tiene aún en compañía” y la manera en que lidiamos con la responsabilidad de nuestro destino, recuerden que una buena compañía es como un árbol con frutos y ramos que aunque podamos dejar atrás en su momento puede regalarnos protección y tranquilidad.

En este mundo, he comprendido que no hay mejor manera para enfrentarse a la vida que entendiendo que debemos desarrollar las herramientas para afrontar cualquier situación y alcanzar el éxito por si solos, pero que si lo hacemos en buena compañía el camino se vuelve divino y cálido, no se trata de cantidad sino calidad, y la manera en que nos podemos empoderar con apoyo cercano o sin él.

Alone in the world

Loneliness is a complex issue and its meaning takes a tone and color in each universe that experiences it, although the peace of mind it provides for many is food for the soul, others have a different perception which causes a level of anguish (understandable), but that eventually brings inevitable consequences as far as self-esteem and growth are concerned.

"The problem is not being alone, but the feeling of loneliness that you have even in company" and the way we deal with the responsibility of our destiny, remember that a good company is like a tree with fruits and branches that although we can leave behind in due time can give us protection and tranquility.

In this world, I have understood that there is no better way to face life than understanding that we must develop the tools to face any situation and achieve success on our own, but that if we do it in good company the path becomes divine and warm, it is not about quantity but quality, and the way we can empower ourselves with close support or without it.

La soltería en la soledad

No sé si les ha sucedido, pero hace poco me encontraba analizando en la manera que defino una pareja o un compañero y lo primero que puse en la lista fue “no quiero estar sola en su compañía”.

Si retrocedo un poco, una escogencia precipitada de compañero sentimental (dejemos a un lado las frases medias y complementarias, somos completos y fabulosos, así no mas) me llevó a sumirme en una soledad que ni les cuento, la falta de empatía, solidaridad y respeto me hicieron sentir que entre tanta gente yo estaba sola, y si bien es cierto, ni mi propia presencia era adorada y apreciada (baja autoestima).

¡Piensen un momento! Como no me iba a sentir sola, si más allá de mis elecciones, mi interior se encontraba vacío, y no porque no tuviera herramientas para alcanzar la felicidad, se trata de que simplemente mi falta de inteligencia emocional y amor hacia lo que era, no me permitía ver mas allá.

Con el tiempo entendí que nadie se hará cargo de nosotros, sino invierto en mí ser, y que esa soledad no era una enemiga solo se encontraba en mal uso.

Singleness in solitude

I don't know if it has happened to you, but recently I was analyzing the way I define a partner and the first thing I put on the list was "I don't want to be alone in their company".

If I go back a little, a hasty choice of sentimental partner (let's leave aside the half and complementary phrases, we are complete and fabulous, just like that) led me to plunge into a loneliness that I can't even tell you, the lack of empathy, solidarity and respect made me feel that among so many people I was alone, and although it is true, not even my own presence was adored and appreciated (low self-esteem).

Think for a moment! How could I not feel alone, if beyond my choices, my interior was empty, and not because I did not have the tools to achieve happiness, it was simply that my lack of emotional intelligence and love for what I was, did not allow me to see beyond.

With time I understood that no one will take care of us, if I don't invest in myself, and that loneliness was not an enemy, it was just misused.

¡No estás sola!

Cuando dejas de depender de otros para ser feliz comprendes que nunca estas sola, así te encuentres en una isla desierta, siempre estarás en compañía de tus sueños, ilusiones, metas y lo grandioso para ti.

Este camino podemos recorrerlo solo, pero si nos rodeamos de lo mejor le aseguro que cada corazón se conectara y la soledad mal vista, será un simple fantasma.

En mi caso, disfruto mi tiempo donde reflexiono y medito en soledad, pero abrazo cada momento importante con las personas que siempre me acompañan.

La soledad siempre estará allí, solo dale el lugar que crees que merece.

You are not alone!

When you stop depending on others to be happy you understand that you are never alone, even if you find yourself on a desert island, you will always be in the company of your dreams, illusions, goals and what is great for you.

We can walk this path alone, but if we surround ourselves with the best, I assure you that every heart will connect and loneliness will be a mere ghost.

In my case, I enjoy my time where I reflect and meditate in solitude, but I embrace every important moment with the people who always accompany me.

Loneliness will always be there, just give it the place you think it deserves.
