Greetings full sports community, in this new day I have the pleasure to share an incredible routine to work the whole body, it is a full body; very intense each movement in which requires a lot of coordination, as they are combined movements that help me reaffirm legs, buttocks, arm and abdomen, I invite you to watch my video where I show each movement in 4 sets of 45 seconds each, remembering to perform a brief warm up to avoid injury when exercising well without saying more join me.
