Saludos amigos de #SWC, ya los dias de mi reposo debido a mi lesión son muchos para mi, ya estoy ansioso por poder entrenar. Así que debido a esto estuve pensando que podía hacer sin involucrar el hombro a tanta carga, así que hice acción y me tome el tiempo de realizar una rutina breve de solo bíceps. Definitivamente se me nota mucha la deficiencia de fuerza que tengo pero nada me detendrá, contando los días para recuperarme por completo y así volver mucho mas fuerte. Tratando de seguir activo y no quedarme en el sedentarismo. Espero les haya gustado esta "rutina breve" y nos estaremos viendo en una próxima publicación publicación! Vamos por mas!
Greetings friends of #SWC, the days of my rest due to my injury are many for me, I am already eager to be able to train. So because of this I was thinking what I could do without involving the shoulder to so much load, so I took action and took the time to perform a short biceps only routine. I definitely notice the lack of strength I have but nothing will stop me, counting the days to fully recover and thus return much stronger. Trying to stay active and not remain sedentary.
