En esta hermosa oportunidad les compartiré a ustedes, quería un poco de motivación del street workout en el parque las ballenitas este pasado lunes 23 octubre mis amigos y compañeros del estado Apure estuvieron en Aragua y decidí invitarlos al parque las ballenitas para poder hacer algunos entrenamientos justo.

Este día aprovecho a grabar con mis compañeros de entrenamiento del estado Apure para recordar cómo era nuestros entrenamientos antes de venirme para Aragua, me llena de mucha motivación volver a entrenar con ellos.
Los atletas de Apure vinieron para el estado Aragua por el hecho de que estuviera participando en la competencia de Legends of the bars y aprovecho a preguntarles si se podía quedar un día más para hacer unos entrenamientos en conjunto.

This day I take the opportunity to record with my training partners from Apure state to remember how was our training before coming to Aragua, it fills me with a lot of motivation to train with them again.
The athletes from Apure came to the state of Aragua because I was participating in the Legends of the bars competition and I took the opportunity to ask them if they could stay one more day to do some training together.

Mi resumen de todo mi día de entrenamiento del día lunes 23 de octubre donde puede hacer diversas combinaciones de dinámicos en el parque, las ballenitas en compañía de mis compañeros de entrenamiento @jisus-swyc @ashura-sw y @johnlinares donde puede traerles distintas combinaciones de estáticos y dinámico fue un gran día de entrenamiento gracias a mis compañeros les comparto a ustedes esté post de motivación del Street Workout.

Tenía mucho tiempo si hacer combinaciones de dinámicos y estáticos en el parque las ballenitas porque he estado entrenando fuerte preparándome para la competencia, pero decidí que ya era hora de empezar con las combinaciones en mi parque de entrenamiento las ballenitas.

I had a long time without doing dynamic and static combinations in the ballenitas park because I have been training hard preparing for the competition, but I decided it was time to start with the combinations in my ballenitas training park.
