Un gran abrazo a la comunidad deportiva de HIVE como lo es FullDeportes y al mundo entero, en esta ocasión les quiero compartir un circuito fulldeportivo de varios días de acondicionamiento físico donde el “salto de cuerda” no pudo faltar, y en torno al mismo surge un interesante desafío denominado ¿Cuántos saltos de cuerda puedes dar de forma continua? Todo este entrenamiento de gran intensidad, a propósito de mi adaptación con la bola negra del Frontón Peruano, un deporte que llevo aproximadamente un par de años practicándolo, y espero cada día más desarrollarlo de mejor manera.

A big hug to the HIVE sports community as it is FullDeportes and the whole world, on this occasion I want to share with you a multisport circuit of several days of physical conditioning where the "jump rope" could not miss, and around the same arises an interesting challenge called How many rope jumps can you give continuously? All this training of great intensity, about my adaptation with the black ball of the Peruvian Fronton, a sport that I have been practicing for about a couple of years, and I hope every day to develop it in a better way.

Con la intención de difundir este fascinante deporte, abordo uno de los aspectos fundamentales del servicio de la bola, lo cual es importante que tengas en cuenta para que comprendas bien la dinámica del partido, acotando que cada vez que la sumatoria de los puntajes de los atletas que se están enfrentando sea múltiplo de 5, hay un cambio en el servicio.

With the intention of spreading this fascinating sport, I address one of the fundamental aspects of the service of the ball, which is important to keep in mind to understand the dynamics of the match, noting that every time the sum of the scores of the athletes who are facing each other is a multiple of 5, there is a change in the service.

Indistintamente del lado que nos posicionemos para sacar, la bola ha de dar su primer bote en el recuadro blanco contrario. En los partidos de demostración verán la técnica impresionante de saque tienen los master de este deporte, que a pesar de que sacan desde lejos lo hacen con un efecto interesante que hace que la bola tengo un gran bote, y desde las primeras de cambio sea complicada su devolución. Esta técnica de saque debo perfeccionarla; y en torno a esto, me encuentro ensayan do una forma de saque que también he visto, la cual se hace más cerca del muro y me parece un recurso interesante para sorprender al oponente.

Regardless of which side we position ourselves to serve, the ball has to give its first bounce in the opposite white box. In the demonstration matches you will see the impressive serving technique of the masters of this sport, that even though they serve from far away, they do it with an interesting effect that makes the ball have a big bounce, and from the first time it is difficult to return it. I must perfect this serving technique; and in this regard, I am trying a form of serve that I have also seen, which is done closer to the wall and it seems to me an interesting resource to surprise the opponent.

Y una de las cosas bonitas que tiene el Frontón, es que si vas a la cancha y no hay nadie con quien jugar, simplemente uno puede hacer las veces de un partido individual para perfeccionar la técnica. Y así lago frecuentemente, complementando este acondicionamiento físico con el salto de cuerda, en esta ocasión he hecho 306 saltos y te reto que superes esta marca.

And one of the nice things about Fronton is that if you go to the court and there is no one to play with, you can simply play a one-on-one game to perfect your technique. And this is how I often do it, complementing this physical conditioning with jumping rope, this time I have done 306 jumps and I challenge you to beat this record.

Es un honor que mi mama me acompañe en todos estos entrenamientos, aprovecho de hacer una mención especial a mi esposa, encargada de todo el proceso de grabación de los diferentes recursos audiovisuales. Y bien, después de varios días de acondicionamiento físico llegó el momento de los partidos; el primero de ellos fue contra Merlyn, un prácticamente de Frontón con unos 05 años de experiencia, y el cual es un rival que considero está a un mismo nivel que mi persona, acá algunas capturas de momentos del partido que disputamos, aprovechando la oportunidad de invitarte a que veas el recurso audiovisual para que disfrutes de los puntos más importantes de este interesante duelo de Frontón Peruano.

It is an honor that my mom accompanies me in all these trainings, I take this opportunity to make a special mention to my wife, in charge of the whole process of recording the different audiovisual resources. Como dato interesante de este partido, este fue el primer partido con bola negra que Merlyn y mi persona protagonizábamos, en el recurso audiovisual se extiende nuestras apreciaciones en torno al uso de esta bola. Como lo indiqué anteriormente, tanto Merlyn como mi persona estamos a un nivel bastante similar, y se siente una gran diferencia cuanto toca enfrentar a un top 12 de esta diciplina. Si mi gente, ha sido un privilegio jugar contra un master de esta disciplina, el maestro Jimmy Arcco.

As an interesting fact of this match, this was the first match with black ball that Merlyn and I starred, in the audiovisual resource extends our appreciations about the use of this ball. As I said before, both Merlyn and myself are at a very similar level, and you feel a big difference when facing a top 12 of this discipline. Un interesante partido donde Jimmy jugó con todas la energías, y eso es bueno porque me exige más a mejorar, y por supuesto que esos partidos dejan una gran enseñanza, a pesar de que Jimmy ganó por un gran ventaja, me siento muy contento de estos 06 puntos que obtuve, desde acá una mención especial a este maestro del Frontón Peruano, felicitarle por su humildad y sencillez, y agradecerle por las enseñanzas transmitidas, y espero seguir aprendiendo más del estos maestros del frontón peruano.

An interesting match where Jimmy played with all his energy, and that is good because it requires me to improve, and of course these matches leave a great teaching, although Jimmy won by a big advantage, I feel very happy with these 06 points I got, from here a special mention to this master of Peruvian Fronton, congratulate him for his humility and simplicity, and thank him for the teachings transmitted, and I hope to continue learning more of these masters of Peruvian Fronton.

En el trascurso del partido con Jymmi llegó a la cancha el master Amilkar, este joven es otro talento del frontón Peruano, si bien no está activo en las competiciones oficiales como Jimmy, de verdad que Almikar tiene toda la fuerza para posicionarse entre los mejores del ranking nacional, tienen que ver el recurso audiovisual para que vean de lo que les hablo.

In the course of the match with Jymmi, master Amilkar came to the court, this young man is another talent of the Peruvian fronton, although he is not active in official competitions like Jimmy, Almikar really has all the strength to position himself among the best of the national ranking, you have to see the audiovisual resource to see what I am talking about.
