¿Qué tal comunidad de Espavlog? Espero todos se encuentren de maravilla y estén teniendo un excelente día. Hoy les vengo a compartir un mini storytelling acerca de cómo logre cumplir el primer paso –objetivo- hacia mi meta final que de seguro me llevara unos años pero lo importante es que comencé a trabajar en ello.

How are you Espavlog community? I hope you are all feeling great and having a great day. Today I come to share with you a mini storytelling about how I managed to accomplish the first step -objective- towards my final goal that for sure will take me a few years but the important thing is that I started working on it.

En esta ocasión estoy hablando del violín, quizá algunos ya sepan que el violín es mi instrumento favorito el cual anhelo aprender a tocar como Paganini, ¿Por qué no? Bien, les quiero contar como empezó a gustarme este maravilloso instrumento.

This time I am talking about the violin, maybe some of you already know that the violin is my favourite instrument which I long to learn to play like Paganini, why not? Well, I want to tell you how I started to like this wonderful instrument.

En primera instancia yo era más apasionada del piano, incluso pensaba en convertirme en pianista pero un día navegando por Youtube, me encontré un cover de violín sobre la intro del anime Violet Evergarden –cabe destacar que he sido fan del anime un buen tiempo-

At first I was more passionate about piano, I was even thinking about becoming a pianist but one day while surfing Youtube, I came across a violin cover of the intro of the anime Violet Evergarden -I have been a fan of the anime for quite a while-.

Escuche ese cover y fue en ese momento que algo sentí en mi interior, algo que con el piano no me había pasado. Sentí como toda la nostalgia y la melancolía se cruzaban por mi mente y su melodía me llego hasta el alma. Su interpretación fue espectacular, tanto que luego de escucharlo me imaginaba siendo yo quien la realizaba y dije ¿Por qué no?

I listened to that cover and it was at that moment that I felt something inside me, something that had never happened to me with the piano. I felt all the nostalgia and melancholy cross my mind and its melody touched my soul. His interpretation was spectacular, so much so that after listening to it I imagined myself performing it and I said why not?

Desde ese entonces el violín se convirtió en mi instrumento favorito y en un sueño que planeo cumplir. Su sonido bien interpretado es capaz de transmitir cientos de emociones al mismo tiempo: tristeza, alegría, melancolía, ganas de superarse, etc.

Since then, the violin has become my favourite instrument and a dream that I plan to fulfil. Its well played sound is capable of transmitting hundreds of emotions at the same time: sadness, joy, melancholy, desire to excel, etc.

Esto sucedió hace un par de años, pero por cuestiones económicas nunca fui capaz de dar el primer paso, hasta el año 2021.

This happened a couple of years ago, but for financial reasons I was never able to take the first step, until 2021.

En abril del 2021 tenía unos pequeños ahorros así que decidí comprarme un violín de los más baratos, por ende, no me facilito el aprendizaje ni a sacarle provecho, pero si para ir desarrollando mi técnica.

In April 2021 I had some small savings so I decided to buy one of the cheapest violins, which didn't make it easy for me to learn or to make the most of it, but it did help me to develop my technique.

Fui autodidáctica hasta entonces, viendo videos de youtube, pero me di cuenta que no estaba avanzando como quería, me quede estancada cuando el violín se me estropeo pero aun así lo seguía usando con un sonido espantoso pero persistí.

I was self-taught until then, watching youtube videos, but I realised that I wasn't progressing as I wanted to, I got stuck when the violin broke down but I was still using it with a terrible sound but I persisted.

La historia no termina ahí, en el video podrán escuchar como continua y como logre después de casi 2 años de esfuerzo y sacrificio tener esa joya que hoy tengo y que a pesar de yo no saber tocarlo tiene un sonido precioso que con un poco de estudio y práctica pienso que algún día lograre sacarle esplendidas melodías.

The story doesn't end there, in the video you can hear how it continues and how I managed after almost 2 years of effort and sacrifice to have this jewel that I have today and that in spite of not knowing how to play it has a beautiful sound that with a little study and practice I think that one day I will be able to get splendid melodies out of it.

Eso es todo, muchas gracias por pasar por mi humilde historia y espero les guste mi historia y los anime a seguir luchando por su sueño, que a pesar de que hoy en día es muy difícil, con un poco de esfuerzo y sacrificio todo se puede lograr, no sabemos cuándo, pero si sabemos que se lograra asi que les digo:

“LUCHEN POR SUS SUEÑOS HASTA EL FINAL Y MAS ALLA.”
