Hoy nuevamente subi la montaña, tome el tiempo hasta la mitad de la ruta y nuevamente me mantuve entre los 16-17 minutos, lo cual me parece un buen tiempo para el nivel en el que estoy, luego de trerminar subi un poco mas y para complementar hice algunas flexiones con variantes en el movimiento, para trabajar pectorales y triceps, de la misma forma que me gusta entrenar en casa: Con circuitos, solo que esta vez lo repeti 2 veces ya que estaba agotado.
Today again I climbed the mountain, I took the time until halfway and again I stayed between 16-17 minutes, which seems to me a good time for the level I'm at, after finishing I climbed a little more and to complement I did some push-ups with variations in the movement, to work pectorals and triceps, in the same way I like to train at home: with circuits, only this time I repeated it 2 times because I was exhausted. |

I wanted to start giving a different background when recording my training circuits, I feel that I achieved a couple of pretty cool angles, the best is the sky, from that viewpoint the sunset is even more beautiful. Also, exercising outdoors is much more fun, and by logic it is also easier the issue of heat and breathing, breathing fresh air while you do some good burpees is priceless. |
