    Hoy vamos a hacer un circuito de cardio bastante facil, no voy a agregar voz explicando como hacerlos pues estoy seguro que en el video esta más que claro, la intención es reducir nuestro porcentaje de grasa y definir los musculos, yo llevo en esa mision al menos 2 meses y estoy feliz porque he visto resultados, empiezo a sentirme mucho mejor conmigo mismo.

    Today we are going to do a fairly easy cardio circuit, I will not add voice explaining how to do them because I am sure that in the video is more than clear, the intention is to reduce our fat percentage and define the muscles, I have been on that mission for at least 2 months and I am happy because I have seen results, I start to feel much better about myself.

    En mi caso hice la rutina previa a un entrenamiento de piernas con peso en el gym, así que realice unicamente un set, en otras oportunidades realizo este tipo de circuitos por lo menos 4 veces, y los días que no entreno nada más intento llegar al menos a 5, aunque sinceramente me agradan más las caminatas a la montaña que empezar a saltar tomando tiempos.

    In my case I did the routine prior to a leg training with weight in the gym, so I only did one set, in other opportunities I do this type of circuits at least 4 times, and the days that I don't train anything else I try to reach at least 5, although honestly I like more the walks to the mountain than to start jumping taking times.

    Ya lo saben amigos, hacer abdomen y cardio son dos de mis actividades menos favoritas, me aburren, prefiero las pesas y ejercicio al aire libre pero aunque no me agrade sigue siendo vital para lograr el cuerpo que queremos... Sin dolor no hay ganancia.

    You know friends, doing abdominal and cardio are two of my least favorite activities, they bore me, I prefer weights and outdoor exercise but although I don't like it, it is still vital to achieve the body we want... No pain, no gain.
