Celebrating my son's fourth birthday ENG-ESP

I still find it hard to believe that it has been 04 years since I was granted the joy of being a mother, 04 years since I started the most wonderful adventure of my life. 04 years filling me with happiness, infecting me with your innocence and mischievousness. It seems like yesterday, when I held you for the first time in my arms, and I knew the purest love and the best reason to always move forward.

On November 4th Angel turned 4 years old and today I am very happy to share this day with this wonderful community that has seen him grow since he was 2 years old.

Aún me cuesta creer que ya han pasado 04 años desde que se me concedió la dicha de ser madre, 04 años desde que inicie la aventura más maravillosa de mi vida. 04 años llenándome de felicidad, contagiándome de su inocencia y picardía. Parece que fue ayer, cuando te cargue por primera vez en mis brazos, y conocí el amor más puro y el mejor motivo para salir siempre adelante.

El 04 de noviembre Angel cumplió sus 04 años y hoy estoy muy feliz de compartir este día con esta maravillosa comunidad que desde sus dos años lo ha visto crecer.

Since a few months ago, Angel was looking forward to his birthday many times, he would wake up and ask me "mommy, is today my birthday?", he even helped to plan it, he could not decide between Paw Patrol or Monster truck cars, in the end, he opted for his favorite cars and this was the theme of a simple party that we organized with much love, because as parents we want him to have a very happy childhood and accumulate wonderful memories that will be his strength in his adult life.

The morning began, full of cuddles and gifts, we chose for him a very nice car, with lights and that can be used on both sides, he simply loved it, as well as a delicious booty of candy, which should have lasted at least a week, but there is not even one left.

Desde hace unos meses, Angel esperaba su cumpleaños con ansias muchas veces, despertaba y me preguntaba "¿mami, hoy si es mi cumpleaños?", incluso ayudo a planificarlo, no podía decidir entre Paw Patrol o los carros Monster truck, al final, opto por sus carros favoritos y esta fue la temática de una sencilla fiesta que con mucho amor organizamos, porque como padres queremos que tenga una infancia muy feliz y acumule recuerdos maravillosos que sean su fortaleza en su vida adulta.

La mañana comenzó, llena de mimos y regalos, elegimos para él un carro muy bonito, con luces y que se puede usar por ambos lados, él simplemente lo amó, al igual que un delicioso botín de golosinas, que debió durar al menos una semana, pero ya no queda ni una.

During the morning, we were finishing some preparations, he was happy to help me decorate his cake and fascinated with a huge balloon in the shape of a car, which I managed to get him. When the afternoon arrived, the weather changed and the rain was not long in coming, it rained hard for a couple of hours, so the guests did not arrive at the scheduled time, meanwhile the children of the house were dancing.

When the guests arrived, their eyes shone with happiness, they received some gifts, we played some games, dynamics, raffles, until it was time to break the piñata, each child had the opportunity to hit the piñata and this time, taking into account the age difference of the children, we decided to do something different, we sat them in a round and we filled their bags, in the most equitable way possible. In the end, everyone left happy with their goodies.

Durante la mañana, estuvimos culminando algunos preparativos, el feliz de ayudarme a decorar su torta y fascinado con un globo enorme en forma de carro, que logre conseguirle. Al llegar la tarde, el clima cambió y la lluvia no se hizo esperar, llovió fuerte por un par de horas, por lo que los invitados no llegaron a la hora pautada, mientras tanto los niños de la casa, bailaban.

Cuando los invitados llegaron, sus ojos brillaron de felicidad, recibió algunos regalos, realizamos algunos juegos, dinámicas, rifas, hasta que llego el momento de romper la piñata, cada niño tuvo la oportunidad de darle a la piñata y esta vez, tomando en cuenta la diferencia de edad de los niños, decidimos hacer algo diferente, los sentamos en una ronda y fuimos llenando sus bolsas, de la manera más equitativa posible. Al final, todos salieron contentos con sus golosinas.

I prepared the cake with vanilla and chocolate and I decorated it with chocolate and some car figures that I found very tasty by the way, I also used the car that we gave him as decoration. I think it worked very well, my son loved it and for me that is more than enough.

La torta la preparé con vainilla y chocolate y la decore con chocolate y unas figuras de carros que encontré muy ricas por cierto, además use el carro que le regalamos como decoración. Creo que funciono muy bien, a mi hijo le encanto y para mí eso es más que suficiente.

The best thing about this birthday was enjoying the presence of my siblings and my family that I see very few times a year, for him to share with them is always something that fills me with joy, plus they spoil him a lot, since he is the youngest in my family.

The presence of his closest relatives and neighbors was the best gift, to feel like a loved child, at the end of the day will be what feeds his heart, leaving aside all the material things he could have received.

Happy to share with you this special day, my favorite day of the year, because on that day I also celebrate the birth of a new version of me. Lo mejor de este cumpleaños, fue disfrutar de la presencia de mis hermanos y mi familia que veo muy pocas veces al año, que él comparta con ellos, siempre es algo que me llena de alegría, además ellos lo consienten mucho, ya que él es el más pequeño por parte de mi familia.

La presencia de sus familiares y vecinos más cercanos, fue el mejor regalo, sentirse un niño amado, al final del día será lo que alimente su corazón, dejando a un lado todo lo material que pudo recibir.

Feliz de compartir con ustedes este día tan especial, mi día favorito del año, porque ese día también celebro el nacimiento de una nueva versión de mí.
